MOO2Civ

I'm not sure what you mean by that missing link: the links on the patch 4l download page work fine, I just checked. While I was at that I noticed that

MOO2Civ patch 4l is now well past 1,100 downloads.

(I just hope I can get a fully working next patch up...) :mischief:

next stupid/dumb person here...
if i want the full mod in all it's magnificenze what should i download and install?

I suggest trying the latest Full Install version here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=13379

(If that for some reason doesn't work for you, there are links to previous Full Install versions on that same download page.)

You can always find the latest patch in post #1 of this thread or of the other one you posted your question. Also, if you have trouble installing or getting the mod to work please feel free report back.

i've bts 3.19 so it should work thanks for your kindness*-*

SO MOO2Civ Patch4l <---THIS and nothing else?

by the way.... do i have access to star busting technology :D?

Yes, though it is called a 'patch', it's the full mod. Star busting tech is currently disabled (so you won't get nuked out of nowhere).

Both a friend of mine and myself have downloaded the game and can not get it to startup. Is there anything we need to do. It is installed as moo2 patchl in the Mods directory of BTS. It was only a 56M file or something close to that size.

I am having problems downloading the file.

When I click on the link, it takes me to a 2shared.com website, but I don't see what to click on to actually d/l the file. No obvious buttons are there and mostly you get a bunch of ad mouseover popups.

What do I need to do to d/l this file?

NPM

I suggest clicking on the " Download MOO2Civ patch 4l(2).exe" button. (Alternatively you can download the mod from StrategyInformer; that's the 1st link mentioned on the CFC download page.)

One of the blankey blank links you provided for download is a freaking hack. They pop up your computer is infected scam and :):):):):):):):) clik point, the only way to back out is call up task manager and kill ie. That said when you call it a file name patch i you expect a full version file plus a patch file. If you call it version I you might think you have the whole file.
I do appreciate all the hard work you modders do. The terms full version and patch I don't seem to go together in the same file named patch I.
