There was a documentary about Phelps and Co. on the BBC not to long ago.

The interviewers was asking a member questions, and they said they thought their protests were respectful, and in the background you could see people taking GOD HATES FAGS signs out of the truck.

No, I know the focus has changed since 9/11, now A-rabs are number 1 on the big hate list. Call them semites are whatever you will.

Do you know anything about the middle east and what goes on there? Do you know that every time a palestinian suicide bomber kills a bunch of innocent israelis, they in turn kill 2-3 time as many innocent arabs in retaliation?

Do you know about all the land grab the israelis have done? do you know that the palestinians can be tortured legally if they are suspected of terrorism in isreal? do you know they have next to no rights in their own country?

If you answered yes to those question and you still love israel, then youre not being a redneck, youre being a fascist.

All the Off-topic bickering aside....

I honestly think this would be the best way to get rid of Phelps. Rather than have former soldiers or bikers block them off (honorable, but doesn't bother Phelps), just have 20-30 totally flaming gays show up and intermingle with them. Phelps et al will run off as fast as they can.

Hell, the gay attack squad doesn't even really have to be gay. Just dress and play the part and it'll work fine.
