I never cry during movies, but I remember two scenes which cause a lump in my throat. In V for Vendetta and Phone Booth. Both kinda unexpected since they're not tear-jerk movies.

V for Vendetta: houde of Parliament explodes and all the people there take their Guy Fawkes maskes off.
