With 2hrs left I logged in but did not make any moves agains zeitkugel. Maybe need to reset some time to allow a couple of others to make the turn?

It seems that IanDC has won a religious diplomatic victory...after even his main rival in the vote voted for him!!!

I cannot believe that after 1 year of playing the game was decided on diplomatic vote!!!

It is just stupid that diplomatic vote was enabled in the first place.....in the end a nice waste of time!

I am not sure you are right . That was a victory to call elections or what ever in the Apostolic Palace. I think you need the United Nations and a sizeable majority to win a diplomatic victory.

the vote was for control of the AP (proposal of more resolutions). NOT for victory.

Lol - yes that would have been entertaining but I'm pretty sure the rel isn't spread widely enough to even activate the victory vote. The requirements for it are quite steep in the number of players that are able to vote & the limit on how much of the vote can be held by the proposing player.

If you are finding now interest in the game, then it is better to leave. I am sure that your opponent is going to wipe you out very quickly.

Server conn with relayed/slow blue arrow on my end. Waited a few hours, tried reboot etc. to no avail. Nothing changed in my box setup, probably some random network glitch.

Nevertheless, cant connect and play my turn.

Well I am screwed anyway, being overrun by Indian barbarians.
