So, first off i realize that this makes me look like an ass.

I've been talking to this girl for a while and there have been troubles. We both don't know if we want to date, blah blah blah blah blah.

Long story short, i had sex with her in the back of my car. Smart, amirite?

It gets better.

I realized why people smoke cigarettes after sex. To shut them up.

The only thing i could say after 15 minutes of awkward back seat sex was, "if we don't date, will this suck?" and that snowballed into such statements as, "i don't really know if i want to date you just yet" and "i feel as if the physical aspects of our relationship are carrying all the weight that the emotional aspects should."

Anyways, she is now extremely pissed and, as a guy, i have not an exact clue why. This isnt the first time we've said things like that and it isnt the first time we've said it after being physical.

Any bits of advice? You may laugh at this if you want, i've turned it into a bit of a joke amongst my friends, revolving around how ******ed i am.

Don't tell her, show her. It doesn't matter what you might say, in these situations trust on word alone is never to stable. Tell her you want a full relationship (if that is what you want) and let her know that sex is off the table if she isn't sure, or unless you want to pursue some 'no-strings-attached' kind of option. Be aware that the latter option would probably sully any kind of friendship you might have.

Anyway, do you actually want to go out with her? If not, why do you care? You used her for sex, and if you don't want to go out with her, what further use do you have? If you do want to try to have a serious relationship - well, maybe you shouldn't have slept with her before you figured that out. If the latter is the case, maybe you should apologize for trying to get her to have sex with you when you both weren't clear on exactly what kind of relationship you two were in.

Oh, and she's only partly mad at you - I'd say she's probably just as irritated with herself, and with her uncertainty as to what is really going on, as she is with you.

You're right. Mr. Dictator should find a way to kick the demand curve in his favor. But I suppose that's what happens when you flood the market on the supply side.

Bad idea. By increasing the supply, you will increase demand, but you'll also decrease the price. What Mr. Dictator needs to do is either increase the number of customers, or increase the demand per customer, or both. In slightly more common terms, if he wants to keep the price (Or in this case, sexual satisfaction) at current levels or higher, he needs to either attract more chicks or make the girls he already has "buying" want more. Simply put, supplying more is only to Mr. Dictators advantage if he is willing to accept a certain drop in "price" and therefore profit, or he can increase the desirability of his "product".

I'm not quite sure this was what my economics professor was talking about when he told us he was going to teach us to use "practical economics", though.

It wasn't the fact that his supply was on the market that caused the problem, it was the it was too cheaply available, and now the primary customer feels cheated because she doesn't feel that it was a satisfactory experience.

Whether this would be fixed by increasing demand, or whether it is a product flaw that caused this satisfaction, that will have to be fixed in the next version, remains to be seen. If it is the second, I'm not sure how much we can help Mr. Dictator - inferior products have to sell at a lower price when competing with superior products.

Anyhoo, I am glad I'll never have to deal with this problem. Why is this girl so keen on having sex with you, but so uninterested in a relationship? You know, it might not be helping that you had sex so casually (at least from her perspective). That might make it harder to convince her you really are interested in a relationship. You should not have any sex with her after you go on a few dates, imho, and tell her that.
