The font is the same, the shading on the first look text box is the same. The art style from what we can see is pretty damn similar, look at the way the chin has been sculpted.

This looks like a product of firaxis, or a very good hoax with a lot of time spent on mimicking the style, but whether or not it is a final product remains to be seen. Could be Henry was axed or boxed for later, but at very least he won't be in basic vanilla.

Why do people like the feature of multiple leaders? They'll mostly play the same as the other leader of the same civ, but with 1 or 2 details different. I'd rather have them work on new civs that give a complete new flavours and gameplay.

Before your dreams get too burnt, rest assured that (assuming moddability,) Henry VIII will be showing up in the game... just not as a Firaxis leader.

To me its the chance to play the same civ in diferent ways, yeah I could play cultural peaceful Aztecs, but having Nezahualcoyotl be the leader and have something diferent to that goal adds more to it. Also replayability, like in civ 5 when I'd curse at the monitor whenever I heard "would you be interested in trade agreement with England".

Also some civs have quite a lot of interesting personalities to choose from. I do like new civs, but under the civ6 design and presentation, it seem like extra leaders would be much more likely than in civ5.

If there was the option between no extra civs and leaders and no civs but with extra leaders I would take extra leaders all day. Plus it makes up for leaders which people find personally disappointing. Like bloody Afonso

This was the fastest background I've ever painted, this was just too good today to miss out on. I still have to practice a bit to match Firaxis' style and quality, though. But on the other hand, all of the backgrounds we've seen so far are rather sketchy themselves, so I don't think I'm that far off.
