As for the USSR peace talks - the new ones show promise, and maybe Thor just wasn't aware of it. He is pretty busy to my understanding so likely hasn't seen the UN thread yet.

I made multiple attempts, and my newest propsal shows promise to end the conflict with everyone except Partitionania.

I already have embargoes, any more are just uncalled for and are ridiculous. By next turn, im taking down Poland. Their only option is unconditional surrender and obviously theyll refuse

Rome was like the Italians in real life and didn't help at all. Their peace literally affects nothing.
