Indonesia shall, in the hopes of preserving African peace, grant Namibia the technology in the coming year. The equalising power of the weapons will presumably prevent any large-scale African conflict.
Malay makes it known it now has 5 warheads with more planned to be assembled.
Aden reports the same as above. Hopefully Spammer irredentism will be curtailed by this.
The Japanese Foreign Ministry reports that the Shogun has abstained from considering the HITSGDP proposal; as a result, Japan has cast its vote alongside Indonesia and the Spammers for removal of the embargoes on FEAR and Malay. Japan is naturally wary of Malayan power, but with the Vietnamese more or less consenting to Malay overlordship, there is no longer an imperative to economically harm them.
The Kingudamu administration of Hyontou reports a new direction for Hyontese economics: the state is investing heavily in roads, schools, hospitals and research and development. The plan is for Hyontou to become economically powerful at home, just as it already rules the trade fleets of the world.
A cold wind was blowing over the horizon, broken only by the slate grey of the Dutch warships. It was a truly awesome sight - for miles and miles, across the horizon, stretched an armada of unrivaled size and strength, soon to test its mettle in combat against the dogmatic and hateful Manx. They were the best trained and the second most numerous navy in the world, to go up against a state that had, for the last several years, systematically annihilated its industrial and economic might. Its people were restless - having risen up in revolt not long ago against the oppressive taxes set forth upon them - and, after the secret Treaty of Milan, the time was right to begin the attack. The colors were flying, the sea breeze was strong, morale soared. The end of the Manx grew near.

Emperor Willem rested uneasily. He disliked being out on the open sea, but he had promised to the people - and, more importantly, his troops - that he would be present for the initial battle. He was on his capital ship, HMS Donderkind, a magnificent example of ingenious Dutch engineering. Willem reclined in his chair, content to let Admiral von Edinburgh do the heavy lifting; he was merely along to watch, observe, and oversee the destruction of the Manx's only possible salvation: its navy. Though the Dutch navy was unmatched by any navy in the world but for the Kiwis, he was still nervous. This was the first time in a long time that the United Kingdom had been at war - the last war being, again, against the Manx - and they had only managed to accomplish a handful of goals during the First Netherscot-Manx War. Though the economic and military gap had significantly widened during the intervening timeperiod, he was still anxious.
"It is for a good cause... we will finally liberate the poor and illiterate Irish peasants from their delirious and maniacal mastermind," Willem murmured. He knew that the people weren't approving of his accompanying of the fleet, considering the dangers of war, but he considered it his duty to at least watch from the Donderkind while his men gave their lives away for the glory of their motherland. A shout interrupted Emperor Willem's train of thought.

==Client Rivalries==
Guinea attempts to buy Baluchistan for 33. The offer is considered, but rejected due to fear of Negan ultimately.
Guinea attempts to buy Iraq for 56. Saddam, flanked by agents of the Adeni secret police, rejects it out of fear of being reunited with his lover.
==Coups==
Uganda goes to Namibia!
Sahara goes to Granada!
==The Spammer War==
6 ships sail into the Red Sea, flying Spammer flags, and attack the Adeni fleet there. Aden shreds them and loses only 1 ship.
13 other ships fly pirate flags and destroy 130 units of Papal trade.
Sinai uses its entire navy to attack Malta; it effortlessly overruns the Island with its superior numbers.
==Piracy==
11 ships attack Russian shipping, and are intercepted by 9 Russian naval vessels.
3-8. The pirates lose 7 ships but destroy 3 Russian ships, as well as 55 Russian trade ships.
==Second British War==
The UKGBN deploys 48 navies, backed up by one German navy, to blockade the Manx.
Manx naturally retaliates with its full naval fleet, which is on high alert, even the ships that don’t have bottoms yet.
33-17. The British fleet sinks 33 Manx navies, and the Manx sink 17 British navies. The toll in men is simply staggering for a one-day affair, but even with the losses, neither power has a clear victory. While the Manx are outmatched financially, numerically and technologically, they are nonetheless well equipped to survive some time before being defeated.
The Papal States condemns utterly and absolutely the disgusting and abominable nuking of Spammer Canada. Such weapons should never be used, and be held only as a defensive deterrance. That this massacre of the innocent, for it is the people subjected to the spammer regime that have suffered and died needlessly here, occured is a grave sin, and we would warn that whichever authority authorised this action will ultimately face the stern judgement of the Heavenly Father for their crimes against God and all sentient kind.

ooc: It wasn't me with regards to the nukes, I've never used them in any games such as this before and I don't intend to start too. Incidentally I used my agents instead defensively (expecting efforts against the Papal States) and in a failed effort to sabotage spammer nukes and prevent them from building new ones this turn. EDIT, not to mention I promised publically I wouldn't get involved in the America's and I don't tend to break such promises.
2512 was a year of fire, with the outbreak of a Second British War. In a surprise assault the British had decimated the fleet of Mann, and had their eyes set on seizing Ireland and the Isle of Mann once and for all. The Emperor and his family were wise enough to flee to Newfoundland while they could, knowing that Costa Rican fleets would keep them safe. Over the next three years, much blood and treasure would be spilled, but eventually, the British flag flew over the entirety of the British Isles; while the loss of Brussels to a nuclear strike was saddening, and the deaths of 5% of the population to some new supervirus, the British nonetheless emerged victorious.
The Army of India did its work well in securing Westralia, quickly selling the entire continent to New Zealand before the British Commander’s seat in the Perth Vicreroyalty had become warm. As for Libya, it conveniently saw the rise of a Catholic theocracy loyal to the Papal States in a surprise coup; as the years went on the Papacy would annex much of the Libyan coastline.
Meanwhile, after the destruction of most of Spammer-held Canada in a series of nuclear explosions, the Spammer state inevitably collapsed. With most of its territory irradiated, the remaining Spammers either became refugees in the nation of Quebec (which now declared itself independent of the Spammers), or in the southern territories that used to form the American Midwest. With a massive national debt, a military it could not hope to afford, and an economy that was a wreck between embargoes and nuclear devastation, the Spammers’ Crusade collapsed.
There were attempts at reunification, but the forces of PATO reasoned it was best a belligerent government not be allowed to take power in the chaos; a PATO task force, now bolstered with the ascension of Quebec to its ranks as a client of Solitude, soon occupied the United States of Spam, with Solitude gaining most of the territory; the remainder was annexed into Cascadia, with the irradiated territories also promised to Cascadia, which simply renamed itself Canada. Though the Solitude territories were supposed to eventually gain independence, it never came to be; Solitude simply ended up annexing them de facto, if not de jure through a series of referenda years later.
In Africa, Guinea saw through the failed coup in Zimbabwe (two, no less), and quickly determined what was amiss. With the end of the Robotnik regime in Uganda and its replacement by a new Eggman regime, Guinea knew it had to act fast. With Lord Arivaica had been overthrown in the Sahara, Guinea was able to devote its full force to retaking Uganda and ending the threat of Namibia, now rechristened South AFRICA. The result was a bloody Six Year African War that cost one million lives due to South African stubbornness (and was prolonged by Costa Rica purchasing Namibian America, thus funding the Namibian war effort). While South Africa retained its independence, its economy was in shambles, and the Blood Republic was scooped up by ever-opportunistic Costa Rica. South Africa, though it had developed nuclear weapons, was finished, and was forced to release what few parts of Mozambique desired independence. Namibia eventually was redeveloped with the help of African Union funds, and become the organisation’s newest member, eventually patching up its differences with Guinea to form a united, peaceful Africa.
The Union of Nations continued its inexorable decline in world politics. Costa Rica had promised to find the perpetrators of the Canadian attacks and bring them to justice, but by the time it found out the Crusaders of Sinai had caused the attack as part of Operation: Templar, Generalissimo Bowser, no longer General Secretary, had ceased to care. In the heat of arms, economic, and space races, the neutral Hyontese gained the seat in the 2515 elections, and did not reverse the trend. The Union of Nations inevitably faded to the same ceremonial status it had during the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
Indonesia continued its policy of nuclear proliferation, which had limited success in preventing outright war, though many attributed the increase in suitcase detonations during the 2510s to them. While the wave of nuclear detonations eventually ceased, Indonesia’s reputation was tarnished, and with the collapse of the Japanese economy in 2516, Indonesia found itself and Japan as second-rate partners of PATO, now renamed the Pacific-American Treaty Organisation.
ARMS domination of Eurasia was inevitable. Though the Papacy stood strong, it was flanked to the north and east by ARMS nations. Fortunately, Sinai took initiative to diffuse tensions; it was negotiated that the Papacy would accede to ARMS. With a secret agreement granting Bavaria to the Papal sphere, the Papacy found itself at home with its new allies, even after news surfaced they had received a large bribe from the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Netherlands to throw the Manx under the bus. Poland, while naturally upset at being so disregarded by the Papacy (who had aligned with Russia), nonetheless followed, not wanting to be in the middle of hostile territory. Granada, however, had trade concerns, and instead separated; it maintained good relations with both Guinea and the Papal States, while also building up a nuclear deterrent.
ARMS did encounter some serious opposition to its hegemony, however; for many decades until its gradual pacification, the ARMS bloc had to contend with the SCP, POEE, and ARPU forces, all of which had billions of dollars in funding and thousands of recruits, easily fielding small navies and army forces of their own to harass ARMS forces. The POEE was most prominent, ruling from within Guangdong and eventually unifying much of southeast China under a Republic of China.
Hyontou, New Zealand and Granada, traditional peaceful, neutral states, all combined their economic and trading might in 2516 to form the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Though the name took itself from an economic alliance of the 20th century, it had military applications as well, with the alliance having no goal other than mutual defense; even as the world sometimes teetered on the brink of war, all three profited as countries made increasing use of their trade fleets to protect themselves. The organization would eventually use its large industrial base to establish a space colony but twelve years after PATO did.
PATO established itself as the world’s dominant alliance shortly after the collapse of the HITSGDP. While ARMS remained militarily powerful in Eurasia, PATO ruled the Americas, and soon expanded to include much of the Pacific with a weakened Indonesia and Japan. While the nations of the world had squabbled, PATO had built itself up in splendid isolation; Costa Rica took care of clandestine and military operations, Tropico build a massive industrial base, and Solitude presented a good public face to the world in addition to its considerable military resources. With Costa Rica’s vast array of clients serving as markets and suppliers, the Tropican space program was the world’s first successful program. Costa Ricans and Solitudians joined Tropican citizens in going to the next frontier, and eventually establishing bases on the Moon, Mars, and elsewhere.
As time went on, ARMS nations gradually developed and slowly reduced their militaries so as to better compete with PATO and Guinea. While Guinea was more than capable of joining others in space, it reasoned to leave that to other powers and instead focus on brokering peace; Guinea successfully lobbied to have term limits removed on the Secretariat, serving from 2520-2535, easing tensions between ARMS, PATO and the OECD, and while not creating a powerful Union, managed to create one that could at least mediate disputes. While Guinea and its allies secured the peace and prosperity of the Earth, others secured the same for the Heavens…
Thank you for playing, everybody! Between the amount of work due to this, the increasing polarization of politics, the dreams I have for my next game, and the fact I must now be the artists of TWO webcomics, I reasoned it was best to retire this. I composed this epilogue based on what I could see from all of you; if you had any alternative plans feel free to detail them!
As always, you know I shall return. Good luck on your midterms, and have a fantastic Spring Break!
Well, it looks like that he's woken up. Damn, and I was just putting the finishing touches on my house for 1.5! Now it will be hours until I get back!
Hello Kenji Bovine. I know you have lots of questions. And we will try and answer them for you. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but the Spammers' Crusade has been destroyed. Everyone either converted to Catholicism or died. Once you Canada was nuked there was no hope.
"Is..." said Kenji Bovine "Is this heaven?"
[plain]Kind of. It is actually a collective inter dimensional consciousness interacting within the perfect Formatic union, but heaven is probably accurate enough.[/plain]
"Then why am I not feasting on Spam in the hall of randomness with Celling Cat?" asked Kenji Bovine.
Oh, that's just right next to Hermidad De La Democratica's hall of infinite elections. You can go there after we're done. I'm sure your son and your advisors will be glad to see you.
A tear shed from Kenji Bovine's eye.
But this is important. Our nation was destroyed by the evil Katter and his manipulation.
"Who?" asked Kenji Bovine
It doesn't matter. But, you see, after we ascended to a higher plane, we discovered something horrible.
[plain]There seems to be a genius that infinitely evil and genius, and he's even more evil I am! I mean was.[/plain]
We believe that he controlled both Katter AND the Papal States. How he has been able to control two nations in entirely different timelines is unknown, but we do know that he opposes the Celestial Formatting Crew. And we know one other thing about him. J.
"J?" asked Kenji Bovine.
Yes, J. I know, it's baffled us as well. But we know he is a master at international manipulation and he is hell bent to destroy.
But we've worked out a way to stop him!
Possibly. We just need to find a universe where J is manipulating things and then we help the silliest, most annoying and immature nation in this world and help bring it to it's full potential.
"Why are you telling me this?" asked Kenji Bovine "I want to see my son!"
"BECAUSE," boomed NinjaCow64, YOU AND YOUR SPAMMER FRIENDS ARE ESSENTIAL IN OUR PLAN...
TO (POSSIBLY) BE CONTINUED IN MP IV: WHAT STUPID NATION WILL NINJA THINK UP OF THIS TIME?
******
OCC: No offense Jehoshua. If you take offense that is, as I think saying that you are an inter dimensional villan who can manipulate world event like a pro is a compliment.
I take no offence since its quite amusing. Although obviously your quite wrong to say Im hell-bent on destruction and am deliberately targetting you. (you started this games conflict by the decisions you made, and the formatting crew was saved by Katter iirc from the filthy ozian threat [which I set on you to begin with, but thats completely besides the point])
