We are glad to say to the world that Germany is once again unfied. After many years of division, the German States agreed to a referendum. The referendum gave the options of independence, remaining in the current situation or uniting with Germany to form a Federal republic.

Bavaria and parts of Denmark and of Rhineland have voted to join the German State. The German State has been reformed to become a Federal Republic. Germany will be divided between 4 States, the Upper German State (from the parts of Denmark joining Germany), the Saxon State (the country of Germany before the Unification), the Rhineland State (from the parts of Rhineland joining Germany) and the Bavarian State (the country of Bvaria before the Unification).

Each state has its own state constitution and is largely autonomous in regard to its internal organisation. Each State is subdivided to Provinces, which in turn are divided into Governorates.

Munich has been declared a Federal territory and capital of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Chancellor is the head of state and the Government and exercises executive power. He is elected by popular vote every 4 years.

The Parliament has the Senate (Upper House), elected every 4 years by popular vote from all over Germany and has 180 MP's, and the House of States (Lower House), elected every 4 by popular vote in every state and has 400 MP's, 100 from each one of the 4 Federal States.

In the meantime, investments in Germany and Bavaria are frozen; Denmark and Rhineland will have limited functions as they will be losing some territory.

The Danish and Rhenish governments report that the democratic momentum was simply too much to resist. As we are both democratic regimes, it was decided that Germans desiring to recreate Hummel in a new form would do so, while others would transfer northward and westward, respectively.

We also managed to requisition New American assets in these countries and shall send the funds to New America within two years.

Morocco and Egypt, close allies of the Bosnian government, can support this measure. Trade vessels shall, as mentioned, continue to flow as usual.

OGNIS has issued a joint statement: it is the right of any state to regulate its territorial waters. Out of international responsibility, OGNIS members keep their waters neutral for trade vessels. Military vessels may be decided on a case by case basis.

Any aggression against Egypt or Morocco for exercising their rights to their waterways will be punished severely.
