Also, women, if you dont want to be harrassed by men. Always have a "slightly pissed off look" when you walk around. I had a younger friend 16 at the time, (she went to college early) and she was continously harrassed, usually inappropriately (sexually) by men. She asked me why (as if I knew). My theory was that it was because the very strong women i knew always had that look of "you touch me, and you lose your fingers" when they walked around, even when they were smiling and jovial.
My friend was more giggly, coy and innocent, which is like blood to sharks.

When I used to be one of the chatroom operators for CivFanatics chatroom (not sure if it even exists anymore) people there generally thought I was older then I am. Some even thought I was 35 (and this was 3~ years ago).

True "pissed offness" comes with age, bitterness, and the soul crushing weight of prolonged existance.
Therefore, its hard to "fake". It can be done, but usually those who are younger and can do it, have already themselves experianced "too much".

My guess was arbitrary and just that. The only time I've said "Hey your this or that" is when I've had evidence. This thread has been mostly guesses.
And I totally understand the loyalty to the "boobies" comment, and I too would keep it for purely for the funny.

And yeah, its great. If you look like you could be the next guy on the "most wanted" list because you liked to torture your victims before they die, you'll never get into a fight. Even the biggest and strongest dont want to mess with someone who's crazy. Its an excellent technique. Strangely, its also non-violent.
But thats not the "pissed off" look im talking about. In fact, this sort of anger, isnt at people its more like "at the world" You have to look like you've had a run of bad luck. That's what signifies age. In fact, if you embellish anger too much, you wind up looking younger, because only the young (and oft stupid) have the time and energy to be that mad/violent. Ya gotta also get that look of "fatigue" perfected.
But honestly? Dont do any of this, stay young, stay energized, stay cute, or spirited, or whatever. Aging's is for losers.

EDIT: EXCEPT Aging is awesome when you get old. Old people rock. It's basically like getting the freedom of your teenage years again, but with a lot more experiance, and you can demand respect from others.

I love how easy it is to get labels stuck to people.
Granted, sureshot is playing along, which is nice. But im certain that had I not stopped, I could have set up a "civkid has a crush on lostkitten" label that would last in these forum threads forever. However, thats really mean, so i stopped.
I'll admit I was tempted. I didnt, because of the way in which people naturally join in something they find even mildely humurous (all the more easy if the person either vehemently denies/hates it, or joins in the fun.) But it IS cruel, and I'd never do that to a fellow gamer like Civkid, he's good stock, the future of gaming, and all that stuff.

I suspect it comes out very very seldom. You play nice, for the longest of times. If someone is cruel to you, i suspect you fantasize about telling them off but do not. No, i genuinely suspect that for your fury to rage (and i've no doubts as to its capasity or bounds), it would require that evil be done to those you care for dearly.
