Mythological Unit thread

I like this. Are there plans to make game mechanic changes?

We do plan to change a few game mechanics, such as adding barbarian titan units that randomly appear in-game. Right now I'm having problems with the einajar unit, and I might have to start it from scratch.
 
EDIT: I just downloaded it, and I'm having a bit of trouble installing it to Civ4.

Is there any specific change I should make to the nif to get it to work in Civ4, or am I just having problems with my XML coding?
 
I plugged in the unit graphics as shown, and when I try to view it in the Civilopedia, the game freezes.


The same thing happens to me when I try to add a Civ4 unit to Civ4 Col. Try using the Valkryie_fx.nif file instead of the Podromoi.nif file. That might work.

I got that same error. I think it has something to do with the fact that the warped object has Skin Partitions enabled. It's a TriStrips object, which unlike a TriShape object cannot have a Skin Partition without serious graphical errors occurring.

Sure I can make it. Don't expect me to make it soon though, since I'm having problems with my computer's internet. Right now, I'm borrowing my friend's computer so I can get on the internet.

Could you take a shot at a Chinese dragon?

I suppose if you take FfH's water lizard, move it up on the z axis to make it appear to fly, make the body more slender, I don't know.

Do you think it's doable?

I can attempt to make it as soon as I get my internet working again (So I can download the model onto my computer).

EDIT: Is the unit going to be used for Civ4 or Col?

I forgot to mention that I also use paint for the textures.
