How is everyone doing? So far I've only recieved one complete game, from anarchywrksbest. The deadline for finished saved games (on the non-Earth scenerio) is July 4th, though you can probably get away with July 5th since I'll be out of town for Independence Day. The Earth game is due July 11th.

I will now be posting NMCC #2, hopefully this one will generate a bit most interest. I'm gonna only have one game at a time instead of two. I'm also going to include a screenshot on the first post.

By the way, in case anyone is curious, anarchywrksbest got the Gold. He also got the Silver and Bronze. He was the only player to submit the full three saves in fact, congrats to Anarchy! I hope more people finish the NMCC#2, its on a smaller map so it should be less time consuming than the first.

Actually Mr. Slow you are the only one who submitted in the Earth game, that was a really nice job, congrats! Your final NMCC score is 7105! Pretty good! I will add your noble conquest to my site!

On to game 2 (after this month's GOTM!).

After finally being able to unzip Anarchy's file I realized both him and Old n' Slow played on the Earth map. With this in mind I will re-release and finalize the standings.

Gold : Old n' Slow : Civ II score = 2677
Conquered in 1840AD
Final NMCC Score = 7105

Silver - Anarchywrksbest - Civ II score = 1104
Retired in 2020AD
Final NMCC Score = 84

Holy crap, I only got 84!

Yeah, my scoring system isn' the best, you would've got like 1000 something if you got a spaceship up. Basically, you need to win to really get a high score. Hey, look at it this way, I did a "trial-run" with the AI in charge on the Civ and they got a -150 or something.

You did alot better this months NMCC, over 20X better, scorewise. I'm thinking of doing a bit of research to figure out how the GOTM official scoring system works, maybe I will use theirs in the future, or something similar to it.
