Navigation Tech Reducing Commerce Output

Quick question for the masses. In my current playthrough using rev 1087, when I finish researching the Navigation tech my beaker and gold output decrease by around 33%. Beakers at 100% science go from 3k+ down to around 2k. Any ideas what's going on?

I did try recalculating values and that didn't solve the issue. The only thought I have is that it's due to ocean trade being unlocked at that tech...

Do you have a save from before discovering Navigation?
Try loading it and recalculate. If it still goes down from 3k to 2k than the tech only sets things right.

By golly you were right. I tried recalculating the turn before I discover the tech and they do indeed drop. Thanks for the help.
