1 Do the same as last year, picking games from typically the "top' matchups of that week
2) Pick from the top matchups of the week, but draw from more "lesser-known" games, so we're not all going 8-2 every week
3) change the pick 'em to AGAINST THE SPREAD

1) Yes, that's essential.
2) I'm unsure on this one, while it's a cool idea, I'm not really clamoring to watch the Georgia State-UMass type matchup every week. Leaning more towards no.
3) Yes, please do this.

Tell you what. Why don't I add the spreads on these games, and we give bonus points for getting the spread correctly. Do we like this idea?

You could do like a points system where one correct guess equals a certain amount of points and maybe change the value depending on the matchup. And yeah you could also add bonus points for guessing the spread.
