So is Vlad going to be made? If that's true, that's great, since although the face and moustache doesn't look too difficult to make (I even made a quick model for it the other day), his hat seemed to be quite nice and interesting to be made (so if you're doing it, I'd like to see how you manage to make it look nice)

Ok, back to byzantine leaders:

A good- although a bit gorry- choice would be Basilios II. Also called the "bulgaroktonos", ie "slayer of bulgarians", he reigned from 976 to 1025, and during that period the empire was at its absolute peak of power, perhaps being the strongest kingdom on earth, and by far the strongest and more cultured in europe.
A downside is the obvious brutal characteristics associated with him, but this was the 11th century, so that was to be expected.
