i m not a newbie, i have played many thousand hours on civ 1 & 2. surely i was the first german who got civ3. i enjoy and can´t expect to have a multiplayermatch against you.
but now i have problem : plz tell how to build embassies. the help doesn´t really help me, because i m not such skilled @ english language. i hope some can dicribe in easily words. thx & CYA
