Had a talk with General W, its long so i will give a summary: They are most likely going to give us the screenshots for TNT capital and Mezza, so we can plan accordingly, and we have agreed to the treaty:

bah - I'm not sure (to be perfectly honest) - if it's a big enough deal to you, we may be able to work something out. Our team takes our honor very very seriously. We don't have any specific agreements preventing us from spying on TNT... but some percieve it as dishonorable. ... but we may be able to be pursuaded.
