19 players assuming a 25% quiting rate ( a guess) you have about 15 players.
You should know that the Cornish are by no means English. They are Celts with a Celtic language and culture. The English are a Germanic people with a Germanic language and culture. Thus, the culture you are looking for is not English but Cornish.

I am well aware of this thanks. However the "foreigners from Cornubia" at the time which this NES is set, although they were engaged in a 'culture war' with the english and some didn't even speak english (uppity cider swillers even thought they could be their own nation!) they were still much more influenced by the english than the Scots or Welsh were. The Cornish speakers were often a minority in their own land (in the towns at least). Thus its easier to have an english base and work cornish elements into it as the only significant difference at the time was language (and the emphasis on mining/rural occupations).
If I get them they are going to be called Free Curnow in recognition of their escape from the oppressive anglo-saxons (linking it in with the Prayer Book rebellion of 1549).
Then I would like to begin the nation Priory of York. This nation is very catholic and pronounces to descend from King Arthur and is situated around Glastonbury. This is also the place where they say that King Arthur rests and where they hided the Holy Grail.
Lurker's comment: Not sure if that was the intended effect, but in Russian, "cosel ty" (or, rather, "kozel ty", but that's essentially the same) means "you're a goat".
