Abu Ali Sina Program
The Shah today revealed Abu Ali Sina Program. Named after the Persian Philosopher and mathematician Abu Ali al-Hussain Ibn Abdallah Ibn Sina, this is an education program. Every child will have an equal chance to succeed in school. Within 3 years, Persia hopes to have every child in school and on his or hers way to success.

Indian Aggression?
It appears that aggression has begun from our neighbor to the east. They have made ridiculous demands for the province of Pakistan; claiming that “it is a rebel province of India.” The Shah has made a statement, “A rebel province you say? Pakistan appears to be a part of Persia; I see no evidence of a rebel province here. Now go back to eating your curry and end your foolish demands.”

Trying to update a nes is not easy, specially a neo nes, every neo nes has died during the 30th or 40th update due to “Mod is sick of dealing w/ things the players can do” syndrome and other.

Does this mean: a) For example I have 15 PP. 10 PP are spent one army or something else and 5 PP are spend on Health Care. Will I have 20 PP to spend the next turn? b) I wont get anything until my Health Care is 27/27. Then I will get 27PP. c) something else.

to grow your economy you must complete the education or agricultural programs. so when education is 27/27, your will then receive 18 PPs per turn instead of the current 9.

do notice that the health program does not actually increases your economy, only the education/agriculture ones do.
The Health program is just a requirement to jump to the next industrial level.

From Australia:

Australia believes it would be beneficial to both of us if we signed an alliance and although we cant provide much in the way of economic aid, we can still help protect South East Asia from any invasion or subjugation from other foriegn powers. With our combined powers, we could protect southeast asia from foriegn involvement and/or manipulation.

We could call this alliance SEATO, the South East Asian Treaty Organization.

OOC: Another question (although i still don't understand the economy system):

Since there is no stat for banked PPs: Where will PPs spend my a Superpower go to? Will we have to use them the same turn as the Superpower writes the spending in their orders? Could lead to misunderstandings if one of the players either forgets to send the PPs or forgets to use the PPs!

Ok, heres the economic system again.
the problem abuout the superpower players forgeting to send the cash is doubtful, since they should put a list of how much and where is their aid going.

ok, heres the economy:
you currently produce so many PPs per turn, lets say 3.
there are 3 national projects, Education, agriculture and health.
when you complete the education and agriculture programs that costs 9pps, your economy goes by a third of the cost. so once you complete lets say education. you will now produce 6 PPs per turn. then you complete agriculture, adding another 3 pps, giving your economy 9 PPs per turn.

Healt projects does not actually increases your economy, but is required to advance to the next Prodcution level.

is not as hard as it sounds, just spend your economy in the projects, and as they get completed your economy goes up. in a couple of turns it will make sense. is quite simple.
