SIBERIAN FINDS
Several soviet teams were sent to Siberia several months ago in the search of possible resources to fuel Russias economy. The result is a great diamond mine near Norilsk, this, being the first great find, has fueled several other teams to go in search of geologic treasures. Oil was found too, but the location is too remote for any explotaintion for several decades.

CAVIAR PRICE UP in USSR & PERSIA
The Soviet and Persian counterparts have heavily increased the price of Caviar 4 months ago. Caviar, which is the food of the rich and elite world wide, is found mostly in the black and caspian seas. Altough at first helping Russian and Persian economies, it now turns sour as soviet and Persian "red" caviar is no longer being imported for it high price. However fish farms in Peru and SEAC have increased their caviar output by demand of their cheaper (altough less fine) caviar.

SOUDI & CANADA OIL CONTRACT
Another outstanding effort came to an end 3 weeks ago as the Prime Minister of Canada, immediately after innagurating a new high way went to the Saudi nation. There he promised aid in exchange for oil cheaper than regular world prices. It seems the Royalty in Riyadh is very fond of Canadians, for this deal has never been seen and perhaps will not be seen in a while.

FDJL In Mexico
FDJL, standing for "Freedom, Democracy, and Justice League", has been seen in mexicos largest citys putting up posters and pro capitalist advertising. This Organiation seems to be w/out any ties to the actual Mexican government and their funds are completely obscure. However the organization seems harmless enough.

CHINESE POPULATION HAPPY.
After several census and national statitistics, the Chinese central government has seen that the largest problem in china is poverty. For most of the chinese living far from the coast lives w/ a much lower income than those in the costal/more urbanised areas.
For this Chairman Mao has started projects to help the poor and developing in these areas. The Income, altough small has seen a good return in the economy as a few factorys have been opened.

NEW AUTONOMOUS REGIONS IN CHINA, TIBET MOVES FOR INDEPENDENCE.
Tibet, Sinkiang, Inner and Outer Mongolia, Guangxi, and Ningxia were given autonomous region status in a surprise move earlier this month by Chairman Mao. The ruling and economic efficiency increased in all of these regions. however in Tibet, upon hearing these new politiacl rights, ran a law to expulse all chinese from Tibet. They also have declared themselfs independent calling for aid from the International Community. The Dalai Lama, currently in exile in India has given us the following quotes "it is a great thing!, perhaps Chairman Mao has finaly seen in his hearth the troubles from the occupation and finaly liberating us from the invasion a few years ago. If so, we thank him, i may finaly go to my homeland. if not, may Buddha help us all".

The First Chapter of the Free World Free Trade Organization started 3 months ago as The US, the EU, Canada, Mexico, SEAC, India, Peru and Japan signed the agreement into reality. The Agreement was signed in Boston, US. Where it is rumored to be the future capital of the Free world. (altough w/ some European opposition).

CHANGES IN PERU
Peru has taken the steps of Mexico and too has begun to purge the government against corruption. Being succesful, perhaps not as fast as mexico, but goes in a good speed. Also in Arequipa a Helicopter training fascility was open, from which future Peruvian pilots will train. it is rumored to have state of the art installations.
