Srivajaya's King Régua Elevada had ordered for an immediate transfer of citizens from the over-populated city of Jakarta to settle on the islands of Celebes, New Guinea, and some of the lower islands in the Philippines. Transferred in scores of galleons, they found themselves stranded on jungle islands. Some of the citizens from the Sumatran island founded cities along the Mekong river in a province they called Cambodia. A few brave wanderers found themselves on the coast of Northern Australia, as the people of Srivajaya spread outward in the Pacific.

Hey i dont see my ISRNE on that map! maybe im too radical for my time. no but seriously, am i not allowed to create my own country? if not, i will choose someone else. this looks like a lot of fun, but i dont really know what im doing, so could someone please explain this?

In our first NES, a few nations did declare their independence but not right off the bat. I think everyone would perfer it if you picked a country such as Japan or Babylon.

My rebel forces, after a 6-month siege, have finally siezed Toyko, and as such i have proclaimed myself the new ruler of Japan. I would request from you that my unorthadox rise to power does not cause you to shun my nation, as i hope there can be peaceful diplomatic relations between all of us.
Japan does not wish to be seen as an agressor, but the japanese people need living space. As such, i have sent a small fleet of colony ships and escorts to the western coast of what is known in english as "Alaska" this terrirtory is far from any civilized nation's claims, and Japan hopes that we will be able to come to an agreement which satisfies both the Japanese people and the world community.

While many nations may see us as the aggressors, Greece has been crossing our common boarder at will and have finally learned the leason for those transgressions.

The Ra and Set divisions of the Egyptian Army file into and capture numerours border towns along the Egyptian and Greek boarders. Three days into the invasion, they are met with the first elements of the Greek counter attack. After 5 days of bitter fighting, the Greeks have managed to retaked a few towns along the coast while the Egyptians begin to fortify their new land acquistions (about 25 square miles). The Egyptian Army is poised to strike further into Greek lands but are holding back for some reason.

Egypt and Germany, if you move anywhere near Athens, I will be forced to intervene on Greece's behalf, as I do not want to see such an historic city damaged. As you may well know, my ancestors once ruled Greece, and I am determined that nation wil survive.
To all those at war, I urge you to make peace now. If you do not, I may be influenced by your unwillingness to want peace to join the other side. Britain seems to want peace, and currently I am in full support of their cause, but not with armed force. But this is a warning to Germany and her allies, begin to make peace with Britain or suffer the consequences. If peace has not been made in six hours time, Russia will stop supplying Germany with oil and any other trade we do with you, and all of your allies. If there is not peace by this time tomorrow, there will be war between our two nations as I struggle to bring peace to Europe.
Britain and her allies will not receive any of these punishments as they have tried to make peace, but if they refuse a fair peace deal, they will suffer the same terms.

I would very much like if you weould allow a few of my colonists to creat a small community on the eastern tip of new guinea, to act as Japan's base of operations in Oceania. For my part, the massive oil reserves i am pumping from alaska could easily be shared.

The Alaskan exploration was the smallest of all the groups, so I have recalled them. In return I just ask for good relations between our nations since Alaska is so close to Eastern Siberia.
Perhaps a Mutual Protection Pact, which only applies in the Pacific would do both of us good? Ie; my Pacific Fleet and Army would help you in any war with say China, but you wouldn't have to get involved in European wars.
How does this sound?

Don't threaten me, Shultz. You may have beaten the Russian Army under my father, but now we are the same size as you, and just as modern. I have brought Russia back up to date with you European powers, and expect trouble if you try anything.
I was trying to encourage peace, as another huge army against you could tip the balance.
Anyway, I will now keep out of your diplomatic negotiations, but remember this, if you attack Athens, or cross the English Channel and invade Britain, I will attack you.
Also, I am launching a trade embargo against Ireland and California. I don't do deals with rogue states, and as Germany is supporting you, I will embargo them as well.
One final thing, how is the GEF going to get across the Channel with the Royal Navy there?!
