The loss of a great man for a great country:

The whole nation mourns the loss of Hermann Shultz, leader of the German Republic, who died by the bullet of an assassin last week, most likely a Hohenzellorn royalist.

When such civilized nations are brought to their knees by a crazed man with a gun, it should never be tolerated. It should never be accepted. Kaiser Wilhelm's attempt to reclaim the throne of Germania should be stopped. The people of Germania should decide who their leader is as is stated in their constitution. That is the belief of the Srivijayan government.

We applaud Hermann Schultz in his efforts for peace and well-being and ask for international support of the German Republic's right to continue.

Don't get me wrong I wish to stay in our alliance, I just wish that we could put those horrible days behind us and what better way to do that than to rename our alliance to the Euro-Alliance, we can not continue to foster hate against one nation. I'm greatly saddened by your loss, and angered by this heinous act. Schultz was a great leader, and a warrior of democracy. His death is a blow to all free republics.
If ever Germany should need help defending it's freedom in the face of such terrorists, the Thirteen Colonies will do everything in their power to help.

Well, not everyone will move up. but let's try to agree on some tech. level chamnges tommorow? I know t's too early for Medoiuum Industrial, but some more backward naitions that have just moved to the reform period could make some advances in Tech. Level...

Inca looked around the new chamber of congress his man had created. The room was filled with common faces that had helped him come to power in teh begining of his reign. He knew that these people would also help him control the empire now. His breath began to poke his mouth as the cold mountain air froze his tears of fright. His haird had become very silky in the past week, but now was stiff as ropes from the dewy atmosphere, as he rose out of his chair, the fate of his whole empire laid upon the factor of if he gained 'boos' of claps. His legs tightened, almost making him fall backwards, untill he finally stretched the muscles out. His irish robe was the only thing that comforted him, even though his wife and children, all eight of them, were sitting right next to him. He could feel their stress, also. Finally he had risen to the very top of his hieght, and straghtened out his back. The crowed roared with please, and, now the President Inca, felt his heart race. His body became warm again, and the tears melted as he gave his opening speach:
"My dear friends and people. I stand in front of you as your new president of the Inca free world. No longer will you be harnessed as slaves, and no longer will you be told what to do in your life. You will make your own decisions, which I know will help in our countries exciting time of revelations, especially as our territory become closer the the european territory. Our people will now bask in freedom, and make our rivals jealous!!!!" The people roared with happiness, and the new president sat down to let the power sink in.

I'll happily trust ya I know you wouldn't cheat. As for the tech. changes it's more because my nation needs to move forward into the Early Industrial times if it's to keep up with the other nations.
