This is an act of defence and protection of a nation which has not the strength to defend its self. 10 days and counting.

All we need to do is put down a few more reluctent fighters that don't accept us but this war is nearly over and my freind we have won, I am now sending you a map of how I say we should divide up the land.
We can do one of two things either we accept this dividing as it is now and have our great armys not fight again as it is.
Or
You can give me all of the land that was Babylon and I can help you Invade Persia, as they are just as bad as Babylon and they too are a threat to world peace.

personally I perfer the second option as It will give me access to the Indian Ocean But ultimally the choice is yours whether you want help in the war on Persia or not.

I am contacting you though, on another note. me being half a world away, I believe it would be wise for use to engage in an alliance. This would ultimatly give your influences and believes the freedom of the whole world. For example, if someone were to attack you at long range, I would be in position to retalliate for you, and serve as a base of operations on the other side of the world. Please consider this. The waery Incans step off their soggy frigate to set foot on solid ground for the first time in three months. With in five weeks, settlements were set up on the pensula, some inland, on the Red Sea coast, and on the Indian coast, starting a trade route that will prove to be very useful.

Actions:
Due to no movement or reply from the Rome-Gaullian forces I am now moving my troops into their occupied territory. I hope that through these movements the Rome-Guallian forces remove themselves from Indian territory.
Until such actions we will continue onwards.

TO MADAGASCAR: As you know, our navy is on it's way to Austrlia, while our soldies in South Africa have to decide whether to join South African Army, or join to the other German armies.

TO CHINA and THE WORLD: We suggest that you won't attacks yet, but we will first write the petition to Rome-Gaullian Governemnt, so they will know who is agaisnt them in this crisis.After all, we don't wan't more war. So I think that every oen who is on side of the righteous liberation of India, will sign the petition and ultimatum to Rome-Gaul. A new project has been approved in the capital city of Madagascar - Antananarivo

The old Galleys and Caravels were being updated with new weapons, and new numbers, making up from the losses for the war with the Germans.

Another project has also been accepted on the mainland, up to the point of Central Africas great lakes, the resourses there will be harvested, and put up for international trade.

The lined portion is now being claimed by Madagascar.

I will never give anyone true Russian land, but Scandinavia might be better of independent, so long as it was allied with it's former owner.

Russia, being the fine and free country that we are, grants independence to the nation of Sweden, which shall rule Norway and Finland as well.

We wish the nation luck, and have signed a MPP with them. We also send them 5 old battleships from the Russian fleet that are being replaced by newer ones.

We also will be buying iron from them to kickstart their industry, which should be strong due to the fine Stockholm Military Works and the Oslo Naval Yard that Russia built.

I, King Karl Max I, am from this moment in control of Sweden, Finland and Norway. This territory was granted to me from Tsar Nicholas Alexandrovich Romanov.
We are not an agressive Union and we won´t go to war without a reason. This does however not mean that we are afraid of war.

My first orders are:
1. Modernising of the Royal Scandinavian Navy
2. Start trading iron to Russia
3. Send Scandinavian settlers to South America. They are on their way to the river Sao Francisco, north of were now Salvador lies. Alongside them 50.000 troops go and 10 ships(they got a map of the region from russian explorers).
4. Send Scandinavian settlers to Tasmania(Australia) with 25.000 troops and the old 5 russian battleships given to us.

I sent them out even before I got Scandinavia from Russia, and with new technology it shouldn´t take more then a year to get there.
