Hungary is in the same oppinion as Greece and Attila the great doesn´t want to interfeer with Rome-Gaul matters and Hungary is announcing that it is a peacekeeping country and wishes no war. Hungary is als announcing that if Greece goes to war Hungary will give them military support.

Russia declares war upon Rome-Gaul.

400,000 troops are now boarding the Atlantic Fleet, where we hope we shall have the support of Shanghai Pact members in getting through the sea to land in Normany and Italy, forcing peace.

100,000 troops are now under the command of the Chinese in the war to remove the Rome-Gaul troops from India.

Russia will gladly enter the Shanghai Pact, on these terms:

1)Scandinavia is allowed to join as well.
2)The agreement is that if a nation is attacked, all of the Shanghai Pact will defend it, but if a nation declares war upon another, the other nations can refuse to aid them in it due to them being the agressor, or help if they want to.

This will mean that Russia can help defend free countries, and have added security herself, without having to get into a war should a warmongerer come to power in any of the Shanghai Pact nations.

We expect that part of the agreement to also extend to our ally, Scandinavia.

In return for joining, I request the secret of the ironclad from Germany, and in return will give them some of this thick black stuff we seem to be able to get from Siberia, oil or something it's called. Or whatever you want.

TO ALL THOSE IN MPPs WITH RUSSIA.

Due to Russia not wanting to be dragged into a war by warmongerers, all of Russia's MPPs are to be rewritten stating that Russia will only go to war if an ally is attacked. If an ally declares war upon another nation, then it will be up to the Tsar whether he will join in or not. If he doesn't, then it means no loss of face to Russia. This will hopefully encourage peace.

But for now, fight the Rome-Gaul tyrants!

Thank you friend, but your ships would be more useful in the waters of Europe, where my Atlantic Fleet must force a way through the Rome-Gaul fleet to land my troops(400,000).

The troops going to India are going through Chinese terrirtory, as they have been placed under Chinese command(100,000 troops).

King Pamplemousse XIV was rather angrified. He had sent armies to the area the germans took, then ordered an assault on the Rhinelands. 350000 men in all, the rest were in India & Ivory coast. India didn't seem to matter much anymore, but it was about pride, dammit.

There had also been problems. There had been something of an uprising in the gaul part of the empire, with the gaullian monarch leading. (rome-gaul is a dual monarchy, remember)

He had ordered the Gaullian monarch to be killed, as well as his family. Gaullian nationalists would not be tolerated. All persons spreading ideas of a seperate Gaul would be killed, and any books spreading the idea would be burned. Rome-Gaul would now be a police state.
