All we wanted from this regrettable state of affairs is the recognition of the rights of the people of Spain to democratically elect a Parliament free of corruption. As such, at any time we are willing to end this war if the Parliament agrees to these conditions.
1) The King immediately dissolve Parliament and call for new elections.
2) The King name Severiano Martinez Anido as acting Prime Minister until new elections can be held.
3) The Members of Parliament and their followers disarm.
4) The King issue a full pardon for all members of Peoples Party for their actions and guarantee their safety if they demobilize.
5) The King reestablishes the United Peoples Party as a recognized political party of Spain and allows it to participate fully in the election.
6) The King set up an independent court in order to oversee the charges of corruption against the accused among the former members of Parliament.
7) New elections are to be held within a month of the dissolving of the current Parliament.
In addition, any member of the foreign press is welcome to come observe the democratic process of Spain.

A good update indeed; not done reading it yet, but it's quite grand. Anyway, rather strange to see the Commonwealth up and running again, but it does ofcourse make geopolitical sense.

The Sublime Porte is outraged and appaled by the transgressions of the French and Russian emperors, made all the worse by their crass violation of all civilised convention by attacking a sovereign nation without as much as a formal declaration of war or a reasonable casus belli. Likewise, the acitons of the Balkan vassal rulers are nothing other than treason. Nevertheless, in the spirit of amiability, the Porte is willing to negotiate the grievances of the attackers if they agree to withdraw to pre-war borders and offer an apology as well as a reparation for the damage caused.
Barring that the Sublime Porte will be forced to declare war upon the remaining belligerents, and to appeal to the international community for whatever support - moral or material - it could provide against these despicable, senseless attacks that will no doubt cause a downwards spiral in the world if left unchecked by some means or other.

Chilie will pay 5 PP in reperations; brought about by the transference of control of various nationalised companies in chilie. 2 PP to Bolivia, 3 PP to Argentina.
The Southern 2 cities will be open to any naval force that Argentina build in the future, and as such a garrison of soldier will be placed there.
Chilie renounces its claims to Argentinan and Bolivian territory, as well as too Chiliean claims to the south pole.
