FORMAL DECLARATION OF WAR

The British Empire, in response for the unprovoked, unannounced and undeniable aggression of the Mexican Empire, declares war upon the Mexican Empire. Our demands, once met will bring peace again, are as follows:

-Mexico withdraw from the Civil Wars in America.
-Mexico withdraw from the sovereign British domain of Belize.
-Mexico pay full reparations for costs of invading Belize plus the costs of administrating this declaration of war and mobilizing the troops, in all costing 15PP.
-Mexico enters a pact of non-aggression with all of its neighbors, including the Southern United States and the British Empire.


The British Empire, recognizing that an informal alliance already exists between Mexico and the Federalists of the United States, hereto declares war upon the Federalists of the United States. Peace will come should these demands be met:

-Recognize the independence of the Southerners.
-Dissolve your alliance with the Mexicans.
-Enter a pact of non-aggression with the Southerners.
-Pay full reparations of 3 PP to the British Empire and the Southerners.


Britain recognizes the Southern Confederacy to be a legitimate state.

To clarify, there is no alliance between Persia and Russia etc. However, is it not right that Middle Eastern politics should be balanced? The Confederate States would remind the United States that we agreed to abide by all but one article of the treaty made the previous year, if it recognized Confederate independence this year. Among those articles that would be followed was an agreement that slavery would be not be recreated, one that we chose to continue with for the sake of good relations despite your attempted betrayal. This offer, due to political pressure within our nation, may not be maintained after this year if the North continues to try and impose its Tyranny by Majority upon us once again.

A: Each household numbering 1-3 people can have 6 slaves; Each household numbering 4-6 people can have 4 slaves; Each household numbering 7 or more will be limited to only 2 slaves.
B: The above section is exempt when it comes to Agriculture. Each farm is allowed the number needed to run the farm. The number needed.
C: Slaves may not be purchased for fun. I.E no sex toys or abuse. All slaves will be treated kindly.
D: Industries and Commercial buildings will not have slaves, men need work and this provides it.
F: Slaves can be paid or not. But they must be cared for, medical help and adequate food and water provided when needed.
4: Your army will shift to the Western Front where it will fight the Mexican and Revolutionary armies. Federal aide will arrive if needed.

The following will be given to you if you comply with our request:
The right to change state names and relocate Capital city. One time use only.
Senate and Congress will accept members from your states immediatly instead of a 10 year waiting period.
A southerner may run for President in the next election if he so wishes.

We feel this is as generous as we can go without splitting the Union apart.

Peaceful reunification, along similar lines, may have been accepted previously (it fit with my goals). However, the fact you would betray us, making secret treaties behind our back, is unacceptable to a proud people. That you come to us afterwards, being 'generous', with another secret treaty, after we had humbled you when you turned upon us is shameful.

The United States has taken such a strong stand against slavery, but now comes to us with a treaty that offers little more than it? We have already said we would not reinstate it, as it must be so for the sake of international relations.

Even more disturbing is the implication that you would deny southerners the right to run for President, interfere with the choosing of state names and capitals, and hold us in bondage as territories for a decade if we do not accept.

Look upon how low the United States would sink, how they would cast aside the values, which they have so loudly proclaimed. Could any self-respecting nation dare to not understand the Southern People's need to secede from such a... vile government, which needs to explicitely state what treaties it will and will not follow?
