Presidential Address To the Republic of Finland

As I speak to you, my fellow countrymen, our homeland is being overrun, our children being murdered , our women being raped, our homes being occupied, our democracy in flames, however despite all this all hope is NOT lost!

I say this even though as I speak, many of our fellow countrymen are occupied by Committern forces. However despite these setbacks our righteous fight gos on! As I have personally stated before, We SHALL fight in the Cities, the Villages, the Farms, We will fight on the Tundra, through the Forrests and in the Mountains, and if our nation is overrun, we still shall continue our fight, as it is right and the only path acceptable to us as an independent and freedom loving people.

This is where you the citizen of Finland comes in. For democracy to survive in Scandinavia, for our liberty to continue, we need your help. On my order as President of the Repuyblic of Finland, I have authorised the arming of every civilian between 15 to 70 to fight the Marxist threat our nation now faces. With your help the invaders, looking to subjugate our free peoples will pay a heavy price.

However one again I declare all in not lost! As we ready ourselves for this apoclytic battle, in which many of us will not survive, I offer you this one meassure of comfort. Soon our enemies will know the ain our people have felt. They shall be struck repeated blows in this total war, and our salvation shall come to hand.

Meanwhile, at the same time our arsenal of weapons grows, and we shall strike a blow for all of Scandnavia, in the name of freedom. This blow will be so powerful it will be the likes the world has yet to see and God willing will never see again. However such is the price those who seek to destroy us pay.

We must not, and therefore WE WILL NOT SURRENDER and through our sacrafices now, we work to make our nation, Scandinavia, Europe and ultimatley the world free and prosperous once again.

Begin project: Minor Nuclear Weapons
Indian scientists have long been familiar with nuclear power, being the first discoverers of it and having recently completed the almost-free energy generator. Now they are turning their hand to military matters. By installing NPPs (Nuclear Power Packs) into all weapons, they can be modified to fire smaller shells with a higher velocity and a rapid spin. The results are several:

• More ammunition in a clip
• Longer range
• More self-sufficient divisions.
• Weapons cannot be captured by enemies.
• Militarization is easier with rifles being simpler to handle.

Effects: Changes nation description
+125 troops (Or great military supremacy, but how to write that without complicating the game a lot? Let's just add troops.)
More troops per economy spent

Hurry project with one economy level.

Orders:
Increase Army x3
Increase Navy x2
Increase Airforce x1.

We do not need atomic bombs. The power of the atom will be harnessed, not allowed to reign freely and destroy all it touches.
