k that was malitious das, that means that other peoples orders are more important than others, and the fact that im constantly producing an army would, i think, alarm some other people because of my past. But thats just me.

Most excellent. I think a proper name for our alliance should be the dual empiriste.
Lemme show you what I feel would be good terms of our alliance:
-A mutual protection pact, with exceptions:
-if it is deemed unecessary for the agressor, if the country is, to need aid from the other.
-if the aggression severs ties w/another ally of trade or protection.
-however, if an ally is attacked by either of us, we shall remain nuetral under conflict of interest, and won't be looked down apon for doing so.
-a majority vote is needed to accept more members into the alliance. So there is 2 of us at current, so both nations would need to agree to take on another member.
-free use of the panama canal, although already negotiated, just so it's reiterated for future members, if any.
-use of harbors for miltary and commercial use. Seeing as you have the pacific, and I have the atlantic seaboard, makes sense.

i dont see any problem w/a NAP, however, Inca has to agree, and since brazil does not control the panama canal, that is up to the incan government.
