Update 6 – Year 1907.
Global Events:
Iroquois Militarization Program is finished now. Iroquois military is now massive by local standards, and employs the most advanced tactics. The rumors are circulating that Iroquois also plan to acquire the new military technologies from Russia, Germany, Japan and India.
Aztec Empire collapses! As the Incan armies poured in from the south (not facing much opposition, as the Iroquois already decimated the core of the Aztec military by then), the Aztec Empire has fully ceased to exist, with no real casualties for the victorious sides. Iroquois Nation also gained access to the rich Aztec oil fields (+1 Economy).

The Panama Canal is nearing completion. It is believed that it will farther fortify and increase the Incan economy.
Great Britain declares draft. This brought in hordes of new soldiers to “finish the Turkish War” (+30 British divisions). However many back home view this as an outrage (-1 Culture).
Following Russia, Germany, India and Japan also passed into the new age of technology, Germany doing so even earlier in a certain level of cooperation with Russia.
Germany cancels it’s recent project, after the fall of Hamburg. That allows for the project funds to go into raising a bigger military.
Burgundy and Germany exchange numerous blows. Burgundian forces advanced east along Danube, and managed to secure their gains in Hamburg (despite the moral blow that came after the German air raid, led by the infamous former aristocrat and now a devoted communist, better known as the Red Baron. That raid destroyed the new Burgundian statue). However the Germans are now sure of themselves, having gained superior technology, and launched several offensives...

The German offensive on Hamburg faces mixed results. Two equal armies – 40 divisions each – have met each other in a massive and bloody battle. The Burgundians had larger casualties, but pushed Germans back, who then managed, using an amazing stroke of luck, to take Hannover, threatening the Burgundian supply lines. To the south from Danube, Germans, now supplied by Italians, launched a surprise attack into Burgundy itself, between Rhine and Danube. The Burgundians DID have a certain reserve there, but it was outnumbered, allowing for Germans to take over parts of Dijon itself. The Burgundians still hold another part of the city, and much destruction is caused to the former Burgundian capital (the government fled to the city of Brussels). The Burgundian forces are supplied across Rhine, as the rest of supply lines towards it are cut off. The fighting is very fierce.

Italy did not assist the German offensive, as it had more important things to do. The Italian Communist Party could not tolerate the breakaway island of Sicily to be independent, and allied to the enemy, and it was decided to launch a massive landing attack. A small group of Italian forces landed and took over Malta with nearly no resistance. In Sicily, all was different. The Sicilian Army, led by General Badoglio, has unleashed full propaganda on the island, and prepared for guerrila war. Italians did manage to land and establish a large beachhead, but Syracuse still is in Badoglio’s hands.

Hungary, following a military disaster and a royalist coup, agrees to full and unconditional surrender (see below).

Turkish War rages on in Africa. Arab, Egyptian and Liberian forces advance in Occitanian Northern Africa virtually unopposed: Egyptian and Liberian forces link up in Sahara. The news elsewhere are not good, however. The attempt to retake Suez was a costly failure, as the British forces are dug in good, and have certain naval support. British also landed in Eritrea, while the core of the British Army has launched a massive offensive in Sudan, Abyssinia and Somalia, forcing Egyptian-Arab-Turkish forces back greatly. And finally, the Royal Navy has entered Nile, and bombarded it’s coasts, damaging the Egyptian economy. Sudan is now in an uprising, as a famine started there, and the Egyptian agriculture is too damaged to support it’s southern provinces (-2 Egyptian economy levels). Alexandria is also greatly damaged. Casualties are large for both sides.

Madagascar once more proves itself to be a factor of rising importance in the global politics and world market. They have proposed the Economic Prosperity for All Nations, EPAN for short. So far it was joined by Russia and Finland, but Oceania too seems to be interested.
In Middle East, the fighting is even more ferocious. Arabs, along with Turks, launched a massive and fierce offensive in the Holy Land. Iberians and Occitanians defended well at first, but were outnumbered, and retreated to the coast, abandoning Jerusalem. Soon, Arabs pushed the Europeans out, taking just a few prisoners during the campaign – the rest were executed on spot. Words of these atrocities enrage Occitanians and Iberians. The Occitanian army, which evacuated itself from Palestine quite easily, has taken Cyprus back for the British. Meanwhile, the British fleet repeated it’s bombing of Alexandria, attacking Uskudar, Turkish capital, former Nicea. While the Turkish economy is not based there and is thus not damaged, the city is greatly damaged and this is a blow to the Turkish morale.

Burgundy was entirely left alone. Today, the Indian and Japanese governments signed white peace with Russian Republic, and withdrew their forces. Both sides agreed to concentrate on the Mongol problem instead.
Due to lack of attention of neither Indian government nor the military, the five Pakistani deserter divisions, led by Abdul Musharaff, have started an open rebellion. They gained the support of the entire Muslim population, and quickly took over the Indus River, including the cities of Islamabad and Karachi. Their demands are simple – independent Pakistan.
Massive Russian and Japanese-Chinese forces have together launched an offensive against Mongols. The initial hopes for the Khan seem to be ill-grounded, literally – as the Khan fell ill in the crucial moment. Mongol territory was cut into little pockets of resistance, though the Mongol chieftains managed to avoid lots of casualties – most of the casualties were indeed caused by aerial reconnaissance and bombing. Now that the Mongols have much less space to retreat to, however...

A patriotic Burgundian factory owner has today decided to switch production on several factories to constructing military airplanes (+5 airplanes).
In Incan Empire, despite it’s many successes, an obvious flaw was noticed – within this year, interest in education and overall literacy decreased frighteningly (-1 Education).

By 1907, Russia’s, Germany’s and Balkan Alliance’s forces were definitely on the offensive against Hungary. Hungarian forces lost Budapest in 1906, and the whole nation was dismoralized. Soldiers were beginning to refuse to fight.
In February 1907, Vencel Antal and his government were turned in by Hungarian communists in Jassy. This was followed by massive German offensive in the north, which managed, with Finnish help, to retake Vienna itself.
After that, it was an unopposed march of the “Allies”, as Germany, Russia and their allies were labeled. In the remaining Hungarian territory, the king Lajos Ungeren has taken his absolute power back, assisted by Royalists, thus forming the provisional government. It was decided that Hungary must be saved, at least some tiny part of it. Finally, it was decided to issue the unconditional surrender.
On 16th of May 1907, Hungarian provisional government has offered it’s unconditional surrender to the Balkan Alliance, the Russian Republic and the People’s Republic of Germany. Hungarian Campaign was over. All the surviving Hungarian military was disbanded. Hungary was, until the end of the war, divided into Balkan and Russian occupation zones. Burgundy was now nearly alone.

There was complete silence in the crowd, as people gathered around the stage where King Chris was to make a speech concerning the war, and the recent drafts.
The people of London were in outrage, a draft had occured. Men were being forced from their homes and sent to the frontlines to fight these barbarians. Protests had erupted, and people demanded answers. It began to lightly drizzle as Chris was seen approaching the speaker's podium.
"Brothers and Sisters of Britain, we are in a time of crisis. Our way of life is being threatened by these dogs of people in these Arabic countries. There is one way to deal with these people, and that is total warfare. I know some of you may oppose this draft, but the time has come for our people to make the ultimate sacrafice to ensure that our children still have a home when they are adults."
More muttering was heard in the crowd. It really began to rain, and the crowds began to disperse, figuring the speech would be cancelled. But King Chris stood still..
"Britain's youth are trapped between these barbarians, entire armies on both sides of them! Are you willing to let the sons of Britain be abadoned? Left for dead? Well, I for one am not. I will not let these men be destroyed. We will save these men, and we will stop this menace before if becomes to strong for even us to handle. This is why there is a draft. But, the draft may not be enough. We need more men to enlist, more women to make supplies. Join the navy, the airforce, the army. Buy warbonds. Take rations. Sons and daughters of Britain, this war does not belong to one man or woman. It belongs to us all, and we all must do our part to end it."
There was cheering heard as King Chris walked from the podium and was escorted by gaurds back to his car.

PEACE PEACE PEACE!, victory has come at last!, after a brave raid by now famous von Richthofen, "the red baron", and a succesful invasion that took the fascist capital by storm..... the nations of Burgandy and Hungary have signed peace and surrender aggrements!.....we now have a nation wide celebration and a full military parade in Vienna......
