The Democratic Republic of Madagascar
Elections are held for the first time in Madagascaran history. Three parties compete for control of the Congress and executive branch. The first part is called the Labor party, mostly consisting of middle class and rich men who have just made it big in the industrialization of Madagascar. This party is most prominent, carrying the majority of the votes of the country. The second party is known as the Chernorossia Party, who wishes to return Madagascar to a state under the Russian government. This party consists of Russian-sympathetic, usually former Russian nobles, people. They carry the least of the votes. The last party is the Madagascaran Communist Nation, or MCN. They are the fastest growing party, taking most of the votes of the factory and poor farm workers. The votes were tallied, and the results are in:

Labor: 85%
Chernorossia: 4%
MCN: 11%
Labor Party president, Sergov Rostov takes the presidency.
Congress
Labor Party: 83%
Chernorossia: 13%
MCA: 4%
The result leaves the Labor Party in complete control of Congress.
Industrialization Continues
The capital, Sarinosko, continues to bustle into the next year. Becoming one of the most rapidly developing city in the world, Sarinosko is by far the most industrialized and established city in Madagascar. Industry in developing the vast amount of forestry in Madagascar, fishing, and textile are becoming the most prominant industries in the economy. The raw materials, especially coal, are imported from Russia, putting the limited natural supplies in Madagascar in government hands so to keep them in case of emergencies. The industry gives millions of people in Madagascar jobs, which in turn gives them money which they spend and spread, stimulating the economy. Already the economy has seen a sharp increase in power, as well as the increase in revenue the government is able to spend on the defense forces and infrastructure.
The Air Force
The Madagascaran Air Force, or MAF, has been given a budget that will far surpass the upkeep costs of the current planes. In result, the MAF will purchase more planes from the newly established industry in Madagascar, both enlarging the air force and creating more jobs for the economy. The MAF is also heralded as the most highly-trained air force in the world. President Serogov is not interested in a large air force, but a highly trained one.

ORDERS
-Continue to industrialize using money from the newfound economic power, and from the money made from renting bases to the aforementioned nations.
-Construct more planes, but I want all my air force to be highly trained, so do not buy more then I can train. The MAF should be the most highly trained air force in the world.
-Research better bi-planes, making them faster and have more firepower.
-Allow the establishment of air bases for Ocitannia and Oceania given that they pay the payment.
-Import raw resources primarily from Russia, and resale in southern Africa and Sioux.
-Establish a public school system, but only little at a time.
-Begin Project: Professional Armed Services. This project is based on developing a professional armed services, unlike the miltia and colonial forces I have now, that would be on par to any European power. Should increase and train the army, navy, and air force dramatically.
