You should know that Liberia withdrew from the Quad-Empriste, for the following reasons:

1. We felt that an alliance such an unstable nation as Oceania may draw us into unneccessary conflicts.
2. We felt that, since we are re-evaluating our role on the world stage, a position that was unencumbered by alliances would provide for the best perspective.
3. We are a Constitutional Monarchy, and thus do not feel comfortable being lumped in with such autocratic states.
