OOC: Stalin, the population was never very large there, when the Japanese occupied it most of the Sioux have either escaped either were put in worker camps, and the Japanese excess population was sent as colonists to establish a population majority on the island. The population there is not very big anyway, and fairly spread out. It had no significant industries, but it is being turned into a Japanese military base, so they are rather reluctant to abandon these islands.

Historical question: Did the Arabs kinda flee after ther Kingdoms fell, or did they got persecuted by the new Christian rulers?

Some fled, most just got persecuted, sent to the colonies, thrown out, or converted (or, in many cases, just died). By 20th century, I am not sure whether there WERE ANY Arabs at all in Spain.
