This talk is absurd. Surely the liberation of the last remaining blacks under the Foreign yoke is something to be cheered and saluted!

We will not support Congo's claim to the coast of the territory in question. May I remind our Communist friends that Liberia has the largest army in Africa? And we only claimed small portions of our Continent.

Perhaps some nations are more interested in their own personal gain than the oppressed Africans. This is sad.

It is also interesting to note that Germany, on behalf of the Comintern and presumably Congo, accepted our proposal until the Congolese wanted more land.

Of course, this is all a moot point if Brazil decides not to cede these lands peacefully. In that case, whoever captures said lands first will recieve them.

Turkey would like to propose the creation of a World War Two memorial to be built on the site where the first shots of the Turkish War-World War Two, were fired. While it will be built in Turkey, it will honor all those of all nations who died to bring peace. It will honor all faiths and all nations, no matter who did the fighting or for what cause. Any contirbutions would be appreciated. Any who for some reason have an objection to this can raise the issue with the Turkish government... All those who wish to contribute may.

This most certainly will not result in war. There can be no vote until these lands are firmly in the hands of Africans. Not Brazilians, who will probably just declare "We Love the Emperor Day" and say everything is peachy.

So we must first liberate the lands, then, after a few years, we can have them vote on their future.
