Global Events:
All attempts to communicate with Caribs allowed the Caribs to reach a new level of culinary advancement, Ambassador ala Haiti.
Britannia and upstart TSA sign peace with each other. That peace is not popular amongst either's population, more so abroad amongst nations of their respective religions (-1 Britannian confidence, -1 TSA confidence).
Visgoth troops in TSA territory receive no orders. Nevertheless, despite the supply situation, their commander chose not to fall back to the ships. The Visgoth superior numbers routed all TSA attempts to push them out, but the Visgoth casualties are rising...

In Yucatan, the Svenians fight back bravely, but are being overwhelmed, and still could not cope with the fact of Incan technological equality (the Incans even acquired some horses now, even though they could not be put to a good use back at home). The Svenians have lost even more land, but managed to fortify on a final line in the north, where makeshift forts were constructed.
(-11 Svenian battalions, -17 Mayan battalions, -8 Incan battalions)
Xenokratis and his Alexandrine expedition has made contact with the mystirious Empire (the Incan Empire). Relations between Alexandrines and Incans begin despite the early expectations that the Incan barbarians will attack the Alexandrine expeditionaries, first contact has been peaceful, and while the rest of the Alexandrine fleet travels around the continent, Xenokratis personally goes to meet the Sapa-Inca in Cuzco as a representative of the Alexandrine Emperor. Xenokratis reports have surprised the Alexandrine people the Incans are just as advanced as the Alexandrines, if not more so. Though Christianity has never been heard of before, Incans have their own advanced religion, based on loyalty to the Inca and on hard labor. The Incans, now having contact with Sinhala and Alexandrines, were surprised to see that Alexandrines knew the Sinhalese as well...
The Britannian forces in Svenia and Fennia largely meet numerous casualties and little successes: the outnumbered Svenians and the recovering Fennians wage a bitter guerrila war, complete with scorched earth strategy in former Lappian territory, forcing the Britannians back. In Anglia, though, the things are different the Britannians advance from two directions. The fierce resistance given by Anglian troops and militias alike manages to fight back the northern advance, but the landing in the south captured the capital and wrecked much havoc. Britannian troops plunder large parts of Anglia (2 Economy), and dismoralized the Anglians, who lost the better half of their country. Some nobles talk, and even the king ponders, joining the remainder of Anglia with Svenia...
(-17 Britannian battalions, -7 Svenian battalions, -6 Fennian battalions, -18 Anglian battalions)
The raids cease to bring profits to Svenia, as their enemies become skilled at hiding everything of value and/or repulsing the raiders quickly. In Severoslavia, there were two huge battles: one, a significant Tarunist victory, and another, a crushing defeat of Tarunists, moreso because it was followed up well by the Christian commanders.
First, in the east, the Severoslavian army under Igor Dvinsky has forced a local Svenian commander to a battle at Wrotseslav (OTL Breslau), preventing him joining the main attack in the west. The Severoslavians were winning at first, due to superior numbers and tactics, when suddenly, their flanks and rear were attacked by a small horde of white-clothed cavalry, followed up by a huge army. The new Baltian Konig, Ragnar van Dunkelheit, chose to assist his Svenian allies at last. Igor managed to save roughly one-third of his army, but the rest is lost. The Baltians are now ready to march west, where they will be needed now...
(-5 Svenian battalions, -9 Baltian battalions, -3 Baltian UU, -21 Severoslavian battalions, -2 Severoslavian UU)
...as Lombards and Britannians have joined the fray in western Severoslavia! Britannians have landed near Jutland, met up with the Volkoshkur troops, and retook numerous northern Severoslavian lands. Svenians have been cut off from their supplies, and Marshall Valdemars forces found themselves stuck in the middle of a hostile land with not much hopes of ever leaving it. But Valdemar pressed on towards the river Yasnaya, called Rhine by Burgundians. There, the huge Svenian army confronted a smaller Severoslavian army... bolstered by Lombardian crusaders. Although Valdemar still was not seriously outnumbered, the supply situation and the tiredness of his men was very damaging. He also feared a Britannian attack on his rear, and so he attacked cautiously. Too cautiously, in fact, it lowered morale of the aggressive-minded Svenian soldiers, and prevented the exploitation of several lucky moments. Having been fought to a draw, Valdemar finally decided to launch a massive offensive on the next day, but though it took some by surprise, the Lombardo-Severoslavian line was held firmly in general, and the Tarunists were forced back. Retreating from the river, Valdemars forces were harassed by Britannians, and took further casualties.
(-29 Svenian battalions, -11 Severoslavian battalions, -7 Lombardian battalions, -5 Britannian battalions)
On the sea, Svenian and Anglian fleets inflicted large casualties on Britannians in a series of heated naval skirmishes, and retreated in good order after being overwhelmed by numbers.

(-5 Byzantine battalions, -1 Byzantine UU, -3 Judean battalions, -2 Persian battalions)
Although peace is yet to be signed, Vijayas wise intervention allowed cease-fire, and the armies of Turkan, Baluchan and Greater Manchuria retreated to pre-war borders.
Juankorum is still besieged. The people of Commune are still resisting, but the Chinese blockade managed to sink the strange ships that were smuggling supplies from... somewhere, and it is believed that though there is plenty of supplies in Juankorum, they will not last five more years of this siege. Back on the domestic front, the Ming Emperor makes a sudden announcement. State examination is reintroduced... only now, its for women as well as for men. It is believed that this was inspired by the fact that women fought alongside their husbands in the "War of Chinese Liberation". Although the more conservative-minded Chinese leaders protest, Hong Wu's popularity with the people cancels it out.
The Hamamatsu launch a HUGE invasion of Tokugawa-held territory. Assisted by local traitors, such as Admiral Negoseki, the Hamamatsu landed with ease. The Tokugawa forces were unable to react as their leader was assassinated by one of the last surviving ninjas. The end of the Civil War seems very close...
Javanese Coup!

Carib raids on Incan northern cities begin (-1 Economy). It would seem that they are using Viking longboats.

Javanese Coup.
"Order comes from chaos."
- attrib. to Auravaja, Javanese historian. "History of the Javanese Empire and Its Subjects and Its Rulers".
King Srivijir's reign in Java was the era of the greatest Javanese colonial expeditions, but also of diplomatic neutrality - many Sinhalese nobles were hostile to Java, and the Sabahese often had several criseses with the Javanese colonists on Borneo. As Srivijir grew old and ill, it was becoming obvious that his death will start a civil war - he was rather senile, and stated that the Javanese Gods will inherit the Empire from him. Obviously, the two potential heirs saw themselves as the obvious ones.
Those two heirs were Sravajasa, a younger but more... legitimate heir and Aurivayam, Srivijr's bastard son who was older then Sravajasa and much wiser and stronger a character. Sravajasa was often dominated by Brahmatrin, an important noble and the general of a large part of the Javanese army. Sravajasa was, in fact, supported by a small group of nobles, often of large importance at the court, while most of the population and large parts of lesser nobility was on the side of Aurivayam.
Aurivayam wanted the power for himself - but not only for power alone. He also saw that Sravajasa would rule in name only, controlled and manipulated by his corrupt allies-advisors. Aurivayam represented the interests of the growing "middle class", the urbaners and the merchants. They wanted to abandon most colonies - all those that were not bringing in any profits and instead draining Java of its wealth - and to establish good relations with Sinhala and Sabah. But Aurivayam had reasons to distrust Sinhala. Thus, as he planned his coup and realized that help of a foreign power was needed, he turned to the realtively-new nation of Sabah for assistance. Having established a correspondence with Muzzaffar, he agreed to a minor concession - the Javanese colony on Borneo - in exchange for Sabahese naval support.
The plan was a simple one. Aurivayam received the support of many lesser officers who did not like Brahmatrin for various reasons, and prepared, with his fellow conspirators, to storm the palace as soon as Srivijir dies. There was only the problem of Brahmatrin's army. Aurivayam wanted to present Sravajasa's supporters amongst the officers a "fait accompli", and for this he needed to finnish the coup before the other troops even knew about it. Luckily, most of those "Brahmatrinist" troops were posted in the colonies. Unluckily, the fleet was largely on Brahmatrin's side as well. This was where the Sabahese were to come in. They were to blockade the Javanese coast, to prevent the troops from arriving. That way, the control over the capital could be consolidated quickly and without much fighting.
The plan worked. Sabahese forces occupied the undergarrisoned Javanese Borneo. In the night, just after Srivijir died, Aurivayam and his loyalists attacked and arrested the corrupt nobles and slaughtered the parts of the palace guard loyal to them. Sravajasa and Brahmatrin tried to flee, but their ship was sank by the Sabahese blockade. The pro-Brahmatrin officers in the colonies had to surrender without a fight.
This moment was great not only in Javanese history, where it started an era of enlightened rule, but also in Sabah, as this marked Sabah's rise to the status of regional power.
NPC Diplo:
From: Anglia
To: Svenia
Many of my lands are lost now. My both heirs are dead as well. I officially announce that should I die, Anglia shall be merged with Svenia.
From: Java
To: Sinhala
I suggest an exchange of colonies. In exchange for our southernmost colony in Australia, I request your lands in the west of Papua New Guinea. I find that this treaty will be most beneficial.
From: Java
To: Sabah
I thank you for your help, and propose an alliance.
