EDIT: Legitimate question here das. If I were to attain Enlightenment education level, (which might happen this turn) the rules say that Persia would go to the Middle Industrial Age as soon as it is possible.

Since going to the Middle Industrial Age is the main goal (5 of the 6 points) of my project, would Enlightenment education speed up my project?

@Thlayli; don't be so sure it breaks down as cleanly as that - I think das uses extra factors to calculate project times - look at the Ottoman or Itlian projects after all...

Here is my explanation.

The project has two components, (Middle Industrial Age, +1 Civilian Administration) Das said it takes 6 turns.

Silver has a project that is just (Middle Industrial Age). It takes 5 turns.

Therefore the modernization is 5 turns and the civilian administration one turn.

It's all basic math, really.
