But in the interest of stopping the rebellion now...the FK parliament might agree. They do realize the fact that they can't fight against Sikhs, Turkmenis, and angry Gaels at the same time.

The FK parliament happens to refuse. They do, after all, have some standards. The nature of the Federate state is such that if your proposal goes through... lets just say that the English and other peoples wouldn't buy being ruled by so-[cut off by polar bear censure]

One day, one day... But in short, FK and allies won on the sea, France and allies won on the land, and China used the Federate distraction to snatch Japan and half the Philippines. Then a treaty was signed that mostly involved neighbours taking out bits and pieces of HRE... Oh, and Italy was united.
