I think sometimes you people put TOO much detail into your orders. My orders rarely surpass 1 PM, yet are of a moderately long length (about 3 pages in word most of the time) I think that's quite detailed enough, without going overboard. *Points to awards*

We have strong feelins about the current turn of events. We beleive the only way to deal with your act of dishonor and extortion is by force.
The Portugese Empire is at war with the Incan Empire. It's cities will fall under our banners, the people will embrace us, or die. Your time as ruling an empire has ended. The Natives where never fit to rule themselves.
We will be at a state of war with the Incan Empire until they become a vassal state to Portugal, or are entirely under our grasp.
We will attack any ship caught trading with the Incans. Any nation helping them outright will be attacked.

They seek to take control of our rich mines and connect their Brazilian lands with our effectively taking control of most of the continent. This plan, if effective, will prove a massive danger to all other nations present here and severely destabilize the region. We call upon the world to condemn the Portuguese aggression and aid us in this, our hour of need. We ask the world to put diplomatic pressure on the Portuguese and force them to stop.. if necessary by force. They will need to send a lot of troops here to have any luck which will leave them weak at home. Exploit this!
They claim we have been presenting them with demands when all we have done is ask for a NAP to further secure the stability of the region and to show the good will and determination of the nations here to preserve the peace and prosper together.
They have made a fatal mistake though. They think us wekk. They will soon learn the folly of their ways. We will not surrender! We will fight until the last one of us lies dead. Portugal will bleed in these mountains.
