Bandar-e' Abbas has been leased from Persia and is currently Federate territory. Federate soldiers there are under orders to hold the naval base and will retaliate against any Persian attempt to take it.

@Thlayli; you should have been more open with me earlier, it could have changed my mind, but with all the vague promises that weren't delivered on...the course is set now. We will act as if the NAP is still in place.

@The FK, perhaps some discussion of your proposed strategy in a secure location might be useful?
