What I'm doing to the Ottomans is eerily similar to what Dachspmg did to Carthage in ITNES. So anyone that was in that NES probably knows what I planned, and why it's so interesting.

Rome did alot of things to Carthage in that NES

A expeditionary force sneaking round into the red sea to meet up with the eygptians maybe?
Whatever you did, remember that evoking the spectre of Rome might not be the best thing to do after what sheep did to its corpse...

We would be suprised if it were otherwise, though of course we would be required to seek FK and Siamese assistance.

Now lets see how the update unfolds...

The situation resembles (sort of) the Balkan power keg (OTL). When power A declares war on power B, power C will rush to B's aid and declare war on A. Then nation D will declare war on both B and C to honor their alliance to A (Although many NES'ers view alliances as nothing but promises). After that it will go on until plenty of the major powers are at each other's throats.

And then the lesser ones join which ever side benefits them most.
