I have no doubt in my mind that China could raise as many conscripts as it has non-conscripts.

That's a grand total of...260 divisions.

And what did you expect the treaty was going to be - I mean it was stormbringer and the FK, it would have been basically a complete loss of the French Empire, an empire which we both worked hard to preserve. I wasn't going to let that happen, so I took matters into my own hands.

I'm still at a loss as to why Kal'thzar can't just concede all military power to Panda, and manage domestic affairs.

You guys can have some sort of plebiscite after the war is over, but there is still time to avert civil war.
