No, not many. And not very important in the economy even, the ones you really should be worrying about are all those Germans that are now moving in en masse (though they begun doing so, and taking over the Muscovite economy, several decades ago).

ive been doing reforms and making sure I find and terminate all indian rebels before they even begin doing anything for three turns, but that seems to have done nothing at all. really frustrating
Firstly, the reforms that you did don't seem to be centering on India. Do note that the Canadian rebellion, for instance, failed to become anything meaningful because, though you didn't destroy the separatism, you did weaken it. Secondly, the Indian rebellion is much less massive than it could have been. The southernmost regions are almost completely safe, for instance.
