1. Scandinavia withdraws fully from the Holy Roman Empire, and the Holy Roman Empire withdraws from Poland, and lasting peace is declared between all involved parties.
2. A permanant Non-Agression Pact is signed between all participants of this treaty to prevent such a costly war from occuring between the nations ever again.
3. Elections for the Riechstag will occur with Polish and Scandinavian observers to confirm the validity of the election.
4. The group of provinces known as 'Prussia' will be semi-autonomus, with a independant local government, but that local government will still be underneath the rule of the Kaiser, but not the Imperial Riechstag. The Prussia region will still be subject to Imperial Military service, and other such wide sweeping, national Imperial standards.
5. The Holy Roman Empire revokes its alliances and ties with Muscovy, Perisa, and all other members of the alliance against the RGC.
6. Lasting peace with all members of the RGC is declared.
7. Upon the completion of the war with Muscovy, Scandinavia pleadges too contribute funds to the reconstruction of the Holy Roman Empire's shattered economy and infrastruction.

Scandinavia signs and declares Peace of of Berlin. Let there be peace now in Central Europe, so that it may rebuild from the horrors of war. So to shall there be peace in Russia, once the evil and insane Tsar Alexius is removed from power.

As you may know, we did not sanction an incursion into Dalnorossian territory, whatever tactical advantage it may have gained you. While fighting many of our allies, Dalnorossia is not an enemy of Persia. Nor should it be an enemy of Muscovy.
We ask you to make an official apology to Dalnorossia for the attack that were are sure was a simple mistake on behalf of an errant commander, who will be tried for his offense.
OOC: I second the "how could you" by MjM, andis. Besides the rampant unhappiness, your position wasn't that bad.
