I. The creation of Ireland and Scotland as "autonomous" regions within the Kingdom of Great Britain and the devolution of domestic control of these regions to their respective Parliaments or representive bodies under the condition that such regions recognize the soveriegnty of the British crown and its claims to the regions.
II.) The restriction in size of the British Armed Forces, resolving a key provocator of the Anglo-Imperial War. The British Navy shall be limited to a size of 35 Ship Squadrons, 15 Submarine Squadrons, and no Capital Ships of any kind. The British Army shall be limited to a size of 60 Divisions, including any "special corps." (UU). The Airforce, finally, shall be limited to a size of 10 Air Squadrons.
III. The Agreement of favorable neutrality in the Second Great War (1784 -). The Government of Great Britain shall henceforth cease all diplomatic ties with the Russian Union and the Byzantine Empire, and shall resolve to a policy of "favorable" neutrality during the war, open to aiding the Holy Roman Empire if it so wishes and if the Empire so requests.
IV. The restoration of diplomatic and economic ties between the Holy Roman Empire and the Kingdom of Great Britain. The Empire and the United Kingdom shall henceforth agree to a treaty of economic co-operation, consisting of a free-trade pact between the respective nations. Furthermore, both nations shall agree to renew a Defensive Alliance, with Great Britain re-joining the Imperial Defensive System of Alliances, except with an added clause of being exempt from the current military conflict against Russia and the Byzantine Empire.
V. The expulsion of all Russian Union forces from the territory of the United Kingdom of Great Britain. The British government is to expel, by force if neccessary, all Russian forces from its ports, military bases or any other areas. If required, Imperial forces shall assist in such endeavors.
VI. The cessation of hostilities between the Holy Roman Empire, its allies, and the Kingdom of Great Britain. Such hostilities are to be resolved with 10-year pacts of Non-Aggression. Violation of any of the terms of this treaty by the United Kingdom shall lead to a renewed declaration of war against the Kingdom.
