The HRE is clearly too small, and, as they are nearly "Half the World" perhaps that should be their size.

Actually, after some calculations - the HRE only covers about 26-28 million square kilometres, making it rather smaller than the British Empire's maximal extent (37 million) and only slightly larger than the Russian Empire, it might look larger due to the distortions of the Robinson projection.

It also means that Russia won the IT I award for largest nation , the EUA and the HRE both being rather smaller (at that point).

It's still smaller than the British Empire . They gain 14 million from the American territories, but lack 12 million of Africa, Austalia, and India so its still somewhere in the region of 28 million.

So yes they probably edge out Russia for the largest nation award

THE EGYPTO-IMPERIAL RAIL AND TRADE AGREEMENT
