Armenians 22
Ashanti 25
Burmese 22
Cherokee 14
Hebrews 19 (18 + 1) Definitely deserve to be seen.
Hungarians 4 (7-3) Also deserve to be seen, but not before any of the other civs on this list.
Nubians 20
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25
Vietnamese 21
Zimbabweans 20

Armenians 22
Ashanti 25
Burmese 22
Cherokee 14
Hebrews 16 (19 - 3) Incredibly important from a religious/cultural standpoint, but in terms of its political role, it seems like the perfect example of a city state (it just needs a better/more exciting suzerain bonus).
Hungarians 4
Nubians 20
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25
Vietnamese 22 (21 + 1) Southeast Asia is still completely unrepresented, and it would be great to see a familiar yet so far unused civ fill that gap.
Zimbabweans 20

Armenians 23 (22 + 1) Just to great and unique a civ to be neglected any longer
Ashanti 25
Burmese 22
Cherokee 14
Hebrews 13 (16 - 3) Haven't voted them down for some time, but still I don't think they are a great choice. Especially since some really great civs are still in this list.
Hungarians 4
Nubians 20
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25
Vietnamese 22
Zimbabweans 20

PALMYRA WILL RISE AGAIN! While some here criticize Zenobia, I imagine her hanging out post-defeat in a villa and married to a Roman, with kids (since most historians agree she was likely spared instead of executed).

Armenians 23
Ashanti 25
Burmese 22
Cherokee 14
Hebrews 13 + 1 = 14 (Too flavorful and important a civ to be excluded from at least one Civ game, and this might as well be the one if we have a religious victory and less-deserving nations like Australia in the mix)
Hungarians 4 - 3 = 1 (Too many European civs already. #Civsowhite)
Nubians 20
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25
Vietnamese 22
Zimbabweans 20

Armenians 23
Ashanti 25
Burmese 22
Cherokee 14
Hebrews 14
Hungarians 1
Nubians (20+1)=21 closeness to Egypt is not a problem for me, plus it has potential female leaders, something Swahili and Zimbabwe lacks
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25
Vietnamese 22
Zimbabweans (20-3)=17 Lack of info on the leaders of this civ, plus I wonder if they would make the capital Great Zimbabwe if it's already in the game as a wonder

Armenians 23
Ashanti 26 - Would be nice to see a new African civ that we know about.

Burmese 22
Cherokee 14
Hebrews 14
Hungarians 1
Nubians 21
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25
Vietnamese 19 - No personal interest Vietnam, certainly compared to other South-East Asian civs.

Zimbabweans 17

Armenians 24 (23 + 1) Never managed to get it in Civ 5, that's it. I would probably be more content with many other civs.
Ashanti 26
Burmese 22
Cherokee 14
Hebrews 14
Hungarians 1
Nubians 21
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25
Vietnamese 19
Zimbabweans 14 (17 - 3) I was deciding between it and Cherokee. I think Cherokee can be much more flavourful.

Armenians 24
Ashanti 26
Burmese 22
Cherokee 14-3=11 As Native American civs go, there are more interesting ones out there.
Hebrews 14
Hungarians 1
Nubians 21
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 25+1=26 Very interesting people.
Vietnamese 19
Zimbabweans 14

Armenians 24
Ashanti 26
Burmese 22
Cherokee 11
Hebrews 14
Hungarians 0 (1-1) ELIMINATED. Go away Hungary. You've been naughty and taken away the rights of dissidents, among other things.
Nubians 21
Phoenicians 22
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans =26
Vietnamese 20 (19+1) My city has a large Vietnamese population and they're very interesting people.
Zimbabweans 14

Welp. We've officially reached the point where I don't have a passionate interest in most of the options. This might mark the end of my participation here.

Armenians 24
Ashanti 26
Burmese 22
Cherokee 11
Hebrews 14
Nubians 18 While I'm not being a specialist in African history and may be missing something here, they don't stick out to me. Maybe a city state, but...myeh.
Phoenicians 23 I would, again, prefer them to Carthage, probably for some arbitrary variety.
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26
Vietnamese 20
Zimbabweans 14

Armenians 24
Ashanti 26 + 1 = 27 (Can't wait to play as one of the cultures I have studied)
Burmese 22
Cherokee 11
Hebrews 14 -3 = 11 (prefer to see them as a powerful religious city state)
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 23
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26
Vietnamese 20
Zimbabweans 14

Armenians 22 25-3 I don't see the Armenians as a interesting Civ. Also everybody cries"No more Europe", but Armenians are Europe to.

Yes...and no. I am mostly "European" thanks to my mixed heritage, but if you meet my great grandfather who was fully Armenian, you likely wouldn't think he was was European. I have also meet Armenians who have moved to NZ, and they too could be mistaken for parts of the middle east. Then some others do look more European as well. Officially, Armenia sits in Asia - it shares a border with Iran! I suspect if you don't see us as an interesting Civ it is because you don't know enough about us ;) Not many people can claim their ancestors stood toe to toe with the Romans and (mostly) held their own.

Armenians 25 (24+1)
Ashanti 27
Burmese 22
Cherokee 11
Hebrews 11
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 23
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26
Vietnamese 17 (20-3)
Zimbabweans 14

Pretty sure I don't need to explain my vote for Armenia any more than I have lol
I prefer Burma and Siam to Vietnam for this game.

Armenians 25
Ashanti 27
Burmese 22
Cherokee 8 (11 - 3) Worst of the Civs in this list
Hebrews 11
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 24 (23 + 1) The best Civ in this list. It's odd that this isn't in the game.
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26
Vietnamese 17
Zimbabweans 14

Armenians 25
Ashanti 27
Burmese 22 + 1 = 23 Yay for Burma, one of the best civs out there, yet too much unknown (I hope they'll put Bayinnaung as the leader)
Cherokee 8
Hebrews 11 - 3 = 8 I've arrived at the point where choices have to be made ...
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 24
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26
Vietnamese 17
Zimbabweans 14

Lack of info on the leaders of this civ, plus I wonder if they would make the capital Great Zimbabwe if it's already in the game as a wonder
Well, that didn't stop them for making Chichen Itza and Macchu Pichu cities in civ V.

Cherokee 8 - 3 = 5 Choices have begun to get tough. And they do not interest me as much as other civs on this list.
Hebrews 8 + 1 = 9 I still try to defend their inclusion in the game, they would make an interesting civ religious.

Nubians 18
Phoenicians 24
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26
Vietnamese 17
Zimbabweans 14

Armenians 25
Ashanti 27
Burmese 23
Cherokee 5
Hebrews 9+1=10 I've been advocating for their inclusion for almost two decades now.
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 24
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26
Vietnamese 17
Zimbabweans 14-3=11 Tough choices at this point. I'd still like to see them, but would prioritize some of the other African civs.

Armenians 25-3=22 Wouldn't mind their inclusion, but it's the civ I'm least excited for on the list.
Ashanti 27
Burmese 23
Cherokee 5
Hebrews 10
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 24
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 26+1=27 Would most likely play this one over the others in the list.
Vietnamese 17
Zimbabweans 11

Armenians 22-3=19 Out of the existing civs on this list, I think I'd be the least excited to play as them.
Ashanti 27
Burmese 23+1=24 I thought they'd be pretty interesting, and I wouldn't mind playing as them in Civ.
Cherokee 5
Hebrews 10
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 24
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 27
Vietnamese 17
Zimbabweans 11

Armenians 19 - 3 = 16 Agreed with 679x on the excitement factor lacking for the Armenians. Sorry. Also, European, and in the context of Civ VI that means they get my downvote given how many European civs we have already at the expense of other more interesting civs.
Ashanti 27
Burmese 24
Cherokee 5
Hebrews 10 + 1 = 11 Too interesting, well known and fitting for religious victory not to make it. They could use a non-religious leader (i.e. not David or Solomon) if they wanted to avoid controversy over portraying prophets of Islam. Several suggestions for such leaders are in the Design-your-own-Civ thread already.
Nubians 18
Phoenicians 24
Swahili/Kilwa 23
Tibetans 27
