    Two tooltip issues so far:

    - After the event that allows your monument to gain +1:c5culture:, the city screen shows your monument providing only +1:c5culture:, rather than +3:c5culture:. The monument nevertheless provides +3:c5culture:, so it's just the tooltip.

    - The Dojo says "trained in this city recieve". Not important, just annoying.

    Still, doesn't change the fact that the Dojo text is wrong.

    Has the investing formula changed?

    I am routinely getting a 80-90% discount on building by investing (just took a 20 turns shrine to 4 turns).

    I'd like to report some bugs I had that I think is related to the dll :

    - After a while playing a map, some icons (often notification icons) start to display as red and black squares. I'm sorry I don't have much information about that one, it is totally random and there is nothing written about that in any log.

    - I was able to build a city with a settler in the middle of the ocean

    So,sometimes after I found my 1st, non capital city, the amount of culture I need for my second city jumps up to about 10 million. I can't figure out why that happens. I think its a problem the newest version of the CP (I don't use the CBP). I use CP, Enlightenment Era, JFD's mods, Future Worlds, Aggro/Expansive AI, and some civs by JFD, MC, Tarisco, and CL.

    EDIT: Probably should post this in the bug report thread. Woops.

    I think this is most probably related to your graphic card settings. Try the lowest settings and see if the glitches go away. If they do, you know it is the graphic card settings and you can try raising them up again step by step, until the glitches appear again. Then you will know which settings are causing them. The tedious part is that you have to restart the game every time you change the settings.

    I had a similar problem on my old computer some 2 years ago. And before you ask, yes, it was happening only with larger mods (such as CBP) and it started showing only after playing for a while.

    Bug Report?

    Hey guys, I was trying version 4/23 of CP and decided to give Portugal a try BUT my game kept crashing after 100 turns. I tried reducing the map size (from 12 to 10) thinking maybe it was too much for my comp to handle, but it didn't help. To be fair, I normally play against 12 civs and experience no crashes, but today it happened 3 times!! yes, you heard 3 times:(

    I can't provide logs, wish I knew how to do that!

    On another note, when I start my game in the Renaissance Era, there seems to be a lot fewer events that when I start in the ancient era, is this intended?

    One last thing, Portugal's ability does not escalate with time, or at least it didn't in my game. In my opinion, this is a great handicap for them, since their bonuses are fairly small.

    Pretty funny diplomacy just happened. Austria declared war because we were close. Peace Treaty in a reasonable time frame.

    An auto-exploring scout grabbed a ruin and I missed it, even on the first rerun! Being at war will do that to your awareness I guess...

    A 10 turn limit preventing the AI from revoking a declaration of friendship might be a simple way to solve it so it doesn't seem so odd to the player.

    Really not a fan of all these arbitrary limits on things that people keep suggesting, the AI is struggling enough as it is.


    Being right makes me happy, and I'm always happy.
