New Civs

I don't think that Civ3 has enough civs. there are a lot of civs that may not be super-powers but deserve to be represented. also, civs that rose and fell long ago. some civs like israel should be a playable civ. also, some ancient civs that haven't gotten a lot of recongnition. like the etruscans, they played a large role in the development of Rome, they even controlled it at one time. i'm asking for other people's ideas on civs that should be incorporated into Civ4.

Why should Etruria be in? Just another European culture. If anything, we need more SE Asian, African, and American CIV's all those European CIV's
