its an updated, fixed, and enhanced version of Reus' modern day vicky 2 map.

Minor changes can be made by GM's who have a slightly different outlook on the modern day than I do.

And black province boarders can be done easily by taking reus' or another version of tyo's enhanced vicky 2 map and copping over all the black borders, I just personally prefer the almost invisible interior borders
