New Mafia Hosting Queue

FYI, I would appreciate it that if you feel the need to contact me personally about the hosting queue, that you contact me about it via Visitor Message rather than a Private Message. Thanks.

This one's started.

Yeah, I didn't update it quickly because I'm lazy. ;)

BTW, it will be impossible for me to update the queue for the next week or so, so if you want something to change then you are going to have to wait. :)

Looks like it's CivG's Fallout Mafia.

Carp, I should have PMed him, sorry guys. I'll do it next time I've got a chance.

If he's not ready I'll need Martin to host his. I have no way of hosting this week.

I should roll it out sometime tomorrow, I just got back home from a trip to Boston/

Oh goody. :)

Btw, I'm still not going to be able to update the queue, so sorry about that.

You know, random.org has a list randomizer, which could make that whole google doc thing on the front page redundant.

Kill the King

Host: SouthernKing
Type of Game: Small
Number of Players: 20s.
First time host: Ja
Progress: Somewhat.

Disclaimer: A lot depends on what happens to my NES and what happens in RL, this is a game that may not even see the light of day.

@SK: My advice: when you happen apon enough time, host a mini game (less than 11 players). There are no queues for them and they are quite educational for a first time host. :)

I didn't host a vanilla game until maybe my 5th or so. :p

But they are fun, and you can get away with experimental concepts.

Thanks. Actually now that you mention it,
I might run a mini game to simply test the concept.
The idea of the game is that there is one key target (the King), a number of people protecting the King, and a number of assassins trying to kill the King. The thing is, the King is extremely well protected, and the assassins must pick off the right targets to kill the King. it is being designed to be a game where information sharing is critical for anyone to do anything.

You mean mini?

No. I hosted three mini games on TWC first, I hosted another on the Org and ran the one on CFC, then a vanilla game, and now another mini game.

Only my small game was vanilla. First game had a neutral team, mafia, and town, second was a deathmatch, third had three factions, fourth was role madness, fifth was yakuza style one and this one was a "Bring your own Power" game.

NC, could you change my large game spot to 'An Unexpected Journey'?

An Unexpected Journey

Host: Optical
Type of Game: Large
Number of Players: about 30-40, not sure yet
First time host: Yup.
Progress: 10%

Based on the book and what we know about the movie. Definitely not a vanilla game.

Okay, I'm a going to start the updating of the queue. I'll post when I'm done.

Tell me if I miss anything, it's been a while.

Ok, done. I hope.
