I've seen a few from different angles, and they just look like messy pavement. The pictures are completely distorted unless you see them from exactly the right angle.

I think there might be only the 1 artist, I keep seeing the same one guy in some of the pics. Whoever he is, I love his work, and im not the artsy type.

Not only are they done with great skill, but also with great imagination. This guy should get paid alot for his work, and they should make like a plexiglass cover for his work to protect them.
